I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

This place was perfect! Suited our needs, and we were well taken care of by the staff. Nearby to restaurants and convenient stores yet tucked away to enjoy privacy.

The host is friendly, the accommodation provided is also excellent, the property is located in a quiet and uninterrupted community, about 10 minutes from the sea and the city by car.I love the small balcony, and you can see the mountains and the sea in the fresh air!Didn't use the pool this time and it looked like it had a water slide and would like to stay again next time.

The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was a dream, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Would 100% stay again!

The house met expectations perfectly, close to the golf course (and a slide to other fields within a short drive). In the house with two bedrooms, living room and basic equipped kitchen (simple) , so it's suitable for two couples who are looking for an easy location near the club. The club is about 700 meters away and there is a restaurant. Other restaurants are a short drive away. Taxi rides are readily available, laundry services are functional, and affordable. Owner's close proximity support excellent, she responded quickly if there was anything to figure out, very friendly. THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF ALL!

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

2nd time here. Great location, great pool, clean and spacious. Very easy check-in/check-out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The hospitality was top-notch, and our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again.
