Wir vermieten unser traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus in Scharbeutz-Klingberg direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See baden, surfen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends könnt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem eigenen Garten bei einem Sundowner oder am Grill genießen. Zum den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) sind es nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert 1/26. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Pers. und einem Kind geeignet. Ein Kinderbett + Extras sind inkl. Eine 3. erwachsene Person kann eine Matratze bekommen. 1 Hunde-Kissen ist bei Wunsch vorhanden. Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Es lädt zu Rad- und Wandertouren ein. Mit seinen Seen in OH besteht auch die Möglichkeit Kanu/ Kajaks zu leihen. If you prefer to breathe in the Baltic Sea air, you can reach Scharbeutz or Haffkrug by car in just 5 minutes to Scharbeutz or Haffkrug. You can also reach the sandy beach in just 10 minutes by bike through the beautiful beech forest. The perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
