Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Delightful little Provencal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale 10 km from Grignan. Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this old small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Gîte des 3 Croix, la Répara-Auriples.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
