We had a great weekend at Virginia's place, the kids enjoyed nature, we were able to fish and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, Thanks, we'll be back with pleasure.

Perfect stay in a beautiful rural part of France. All D-day and other historical events within easy driving distance with Bayeux 10 mins away for meals and shopping. Recommend you use a bike to explore the local areas.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. A cottage of great beauty with technology (Tv, internet, jacuzzi) and rusticity (fireplace, half-timbering, nature)! A peaceful and warm place. A small stay in a quiet green setting in the small house on the meadow. When we arrived, a small fire in the stove was waiting for us and if needed, Steve and his wife were very responsive and caring. Back to basics away from the hustle and bustle of the city! We'll be 😊

The apartment is exactly as described. We were very happy to have chosen the accommodation for our holiday in Normandy. We felt very much at home and Bayeux is just a couple of minutes away.

Lovely old style home. Good starting point for tours in Normandy such as St Marlo, Mont St Michel or the beaches of Normandy. We were there during New Year's Eve and there were no fireworks or fireworks. Our dogs really enjoyed it.

Warm welcome from Margaux who is very friendly. The accommodation is as described, clean and carefully decorated. The outdoor setting is pretty and very relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful place. Ideal for settling in with the kids and our two dogs. Hiking departure right next to the listing. This trail is 2km from the greenway (bike and walking). 5 minute drive to the charming village of Sourdeval where we found many shops.

Quiet accommodation in a green haven with a beautiful view from the garden, an ideal place to enjoy nature. The house is furnished in a rustic style but clean and with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The veranda is a real plus to enjoy the light when it's a little cool to be outside or if there are a few drops of rain. The area is beautiful and has a lot of hiking opportunities!

Odile’s place was idyllic. Our kids loved the goats, chickens, sheep and horses surrounding the property. Odile was very sweet and easy to communicate with!

Great location very close to the local amenities. Beautiful house, lots of space. We went as a family of 8 and had plenty of room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, large dinning area and kitchen. There were also garden toys and games for the kids. The house was clean and met are needs. We needed 3 single beds which Severine and Thierry provided. They were very responsive and on hand when we needed anything. This place overall was a gorgeous place to stay with a large amount of what you need. The supermarket was only a 10 minute drive so very convenient. If you going with kids be sure to visit the swimming pool in lisieux as it was brilliant. Thank you both for letting us use your air bnb.

Lovely quiet stay in a peaceful location. The gîte was well furnished and had everything we needed, including an idyllic garden and outside space to enjoy!
