Very cozy apartment, located in the best neighborhood of Maceió. Located 200m from the beach, close to excellent bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and shopping. The building has: free parking (but rotating), swimming pool, gym, games room, gourmet space, home office, sauna and jacuzzi (sauna and jacuzzi, pay a fee by appointment). The App. it is located on the 13th floor, just one floor above the leisure area (which does not interfere with the silence of the room).

A rooftop swimming pool is framed by a paved deck, featuring lounge chairs for relaxation. The clear blue water reflects the sky, and the surrounding area showcases a distant city skyline. The atmosphere is open and inviting, ideal for enjoying warm weather.

Welcome to my apartment . super well located in prime area, close to all services, sea view on all windows and balcony, spectacular! Suitable for children with parental supervision in relation to the windows and the balcony that DOES NOT HAVE PROTECTION FENCE and the apartment is a 10th floor, high standard condominium owner, I wish my future guests a great stay.
