"We had a wonderful weekend! The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and everything: bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, markets... all very practical. The site was impeccably clean, organized and with all items working perfectly — including the excellent internet in every room. The view of the balcony is beautiful, you could even see the ocean! The hostess was exceptional: very attentive, always ready to help, sent all the information clearly and quickly responded every message. This made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!"

Our stay at Mr. Angelo was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by hosts Dona Sandra and Seu Cleto , who were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect, with the beach right in front of it, affording a stunning sea view. Wake up every morning with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze was an unforgettable experience. The apartment is very well equipped, with comfortable and modern furniture, as well as high-quality household utensils that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was neatly clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. We recommend this seasonal apartment to everyone who wants a relaxing and memorable stay.

The host, Ana, in addition to being extremely kind and polite, was very helpful during the period we were under her stay. The apartment is very pleasant, as are the condominium's leisure spaces. The location is great and has easy access to Praia Mansa (our favorite). We stayed for a family trip and highly recommend it for this purpose!!!

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

Hosting is very good, close to everything the place is very quiet as well. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything she needs in everyday life and Juliana was super wanted and attentive!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

We spent 5 days in the apartment in a group of 8 people. We are well accommodated. The apartment is very good for group accommodation, well equipped and spacious, close to the beach, easy access, good garages and efficient concierge service. Bruna was a very considerate host.

Extremely cozy apartment, clean, everything new! Letícia is a great host, she helped us with everything we needed and always responded quickly, she was very willing! The bad part is that you have to say goodbye at the end, you really feel at home and don't want to leave anymore. I definitely put Letícia's apartment at the top of the list of places to stay in Caiobá

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and we intend to return.

We spent the weekend at Ana's apartment, and that was what we were looking for at moment. Something simple and close to the beach, with several restaurants, mercaod and pharmacy just next. We were off-season so it was quite calm. I can't say that in season it's the same. The condominium offers several options for children and the check in/out was very quiet. Ana was very attentive.

The apartment is very well cared for and cozy. Super airy, clear and comfortable. The whole condominium is very organized, well located and equipped. Our stay was great, we will definitely be back. Anderson was attentive and always answered all doubts. Maykon, which helped us at check in, was very helpful. Anyway, it was worth a lot!
