Ale and Iliane met very well. Starting with early check-in, without me asking; I informed you that I was already in town, and Iliane, very solicitous, allowed the ticket before the time. The apartment is exactly the same as the photo, with all the items necessary for the stay; the view is very good, really facing the sea. The building is very new. The street on the outline of the building is deserted, allowing you to park any car outside without concern. The beach is very quiet, and extremely clean; it has shower and trash at the exit. It also has a beach access in front of the building, with an elevated pedestrian lane. The parking space is excellent, wide and covered, with electronic gate access, next to the entrance hall, making it easy to pick up the bags/shopping. I'll definitely come back another time.

Estadia was great! The place is amazing, perfect for a surf trip! The house is located in the best place in Pico de Matinhos! The house offers everything a stay needs. We love and will be back!

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

The house is very cozy, everything you need,kitchen with several utensils. The location is great,we went by bus and it was super easy to get there. Pertinho da Praia,just across the street... I liked it too much,when we give it again. Georgete is very kind, sympathetic.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It is also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
