Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Petit+ : baignoire pour se rafraîchir au bord de la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin ! Jardin (entièrement clos) idéal pour une sieste ou un repas sous le grand arbre. + vélos en sécurité. Nous pouvons nous y croiser, mais je suis très discrète ! Un séjour en mode "pause" en perspective.

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Fishing on foot, shellfish and shellfish ... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes with the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy it with its outdoor area. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
