Monthly Rentals in Ponte a Cappiano

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Sarah's place was perfect for my 30 day stay... although if you don't have a car you will need to learn the transportation system and it's not always reliable.... like the buses...if you are patience you can get anywhere just takes a lot longer so plan accordingly.... it's a few minute walk to the buss stop in front of a cafe.... to a town called Empoli... quick train ride to Pisa or to Florence in half hours time.... from Florence you can pretty much get to any place in Italy. It is a 2.5 hour ride from Florence to Rome on the fast train...so to the airport in total it took me 3.5 hours with public transportation. But I enjoyed the experience. Surrounded by history, hiking, pretty piazza, very family friendly place. Church tower who's bell goes off several times a day. The surrounds were picturesque, peaceful. Sesamo restaurant is amazing burgers and fries. The hosts and owner are amazing. I've enjoyed my stay and I am sure you would also. Cafe's are wonderful here.

This is our second time staying at this listing. It's close to a station so it's useful for getting around. Functional apartment, all new and clean. Friendly and helpful host.

We really enjoyed everything, as in the photos of the listing, Ms. Moira always answered our questions very quickly, the room was equipped with everything from water to coffee to breakfast, a very clean room and a quiet surrounding environment, super recommended
