We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

Canal View Residence

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Historic 16th-century villa for up to 14 guests in the Colli Euganei, ideally located near Venice, Verona, Padua, and Vicenza. Villa Gavriel is a beautifully restored 16th-century estate set within a private 4,000 m² park in the scenic Colli Euganei, one of northern Italy’s most charming and undiscovered regions. In walking distance, Villa dei Vescovi and three restaurants.

Casa Linda

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

Living in an ancient Rupestrian House 1 - Cave

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility. You can also take advantage (included in the price) of the Wellness Area equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower and hydromassage tub with waterfall and be pampered by our massages. Breakfast is included.

Noci apartment (apartment 3), two bedrooms

The apartment is part of a restored 400+ year-old wing of Palazzo Rosso, shared facilities include a pool (seasonal), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gym, a large playroom with a pool table, table football, a ping pong table, and kitchen; there are bikes and a barbeque. From Palazzo Rosso you are well placed to visit the whole of the Veneto region, we are an hour's drive from Venice, 40 minutes from Verona, 20 from Vicenza and Padua, and hour away from Lake Garda and the Dolomites.

2026 NEW HOT TUB - outdoor spa (extra) Nature is what we are. Stay in the Valle di Bondo Nature Reserve, among wide meadows and green forests overlooking Lake Garda. Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600m, but close to the beaches (only 9 km), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and a lot of healthy sports. The large open spaces guarantee wonderful views of the mountains and a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily windy.

You will be welcome in our cottage, which was finished renovating in December 2023. Surrounded by greenery, this place is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility; a small retreat that will offer you a relaxing escape away from the daily hustle and bustle. The rustic furnishings blend with the surrounding environment and the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare breakfasts and dinners to be enjoyed on the large porch.

60-square-meter loft in the Castle tower with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
