Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is lovely and it's nice to have breakfast in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!! We only had one night here but it was very special. Parking was tricky and you get nervous driving so close to the bridge. The photo of where to turn for the parking lot was extremely helpful. Chiara was available by messaging to help. She sent pictures of how to check in which made it easy. The place looks just like the photos. Chiara also made dinner reservations for us at La taverna di Civita bistro which had incredible food. The private balcony was the our favorite part. We drank wine from the cellar and enjoyed the incredible view. The town is quiet in the evenings which adds to the ambiance. DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!

what can I say! Everything is perfect! A gem like that you can't find it every day!! I don't think it needs positive reviews, you just have to have time to try it!! Read the reviews - they are true. If you want to visit Cortona then just book here and you will not be disappointed. This is not a corporate rental, Margherita is proud of the home and so many little things which make a big difference. She picked us up on a Sunday and showed us around the property not just here’s the key code box number etc. she made a reservation for us at a popular restaurant just down from the apartment - doubt we would got the lovely corner table if we had booked ourselves. The two balconies really make a huge difference and you will find one of the best views and sunsets for any vacation. The location is just 2 mins from the main square and believe me this makes a difference in this beautiful but hilly village. Would we visit again ? Most definitely

Our stay was very successful, the apartments are very clean,cozy,have everything you need. The host is always available, very quick to respond to questions. Maybe just one piece of advice, the location is not suitable for people with disabilities, because it is uphill everywhere. Overall, a great stay, it was a pity to return, thank you 😃

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at this apartment! It is walkable to the local historic downtown area and just a quick drive to Assisi. Maria Francesca is such a warm and welcoming host and she was very responsive as well. We would love to return one day!

Perfect place to stay for peace quiet and nature. Beautiful apartment in the middle of the forest, perfect way to start the day on the patio surrounded by nature. Clean apartment with everything you need and more. Michele was so friendly and communicative, would definitely come back to stay.

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.

a good house on the ground floor with its own entrance and a view of the garden. Anna lives upstairs, she is the mother of the owner. You can park the car next to the house. It has a large garden, with mainly trees. There is a terrace around it with a garden seat and there are 2 sun loungers. You can hear a lot of birds in the garden, but the neighborhood dogs bark too. We have a dog ourselves, and found that you can not easily take a walk from the house. Then you really have to go out with the car. You are less than 10 minutes' drive from plan di massiano, the starting point of the minimetro. With that you can drive into Perugia. (It does close at 9 p.m.). At pian di massiano there is also a supermarket, and in San Marco too, which is closer.

Ideal place for those looking for accommodation that is centrally located in relation to the main tourist destinations of the area. Unique farmhouse for panorama and tranquility, staying here is an experience

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We only stayed one night , a very tidy and clean complex immersed in nature, a true oasis of relaxation . The only thing I would recommend to make a bottle of water even more impeccable if guests arrive like us in the late afternoon is always convenient.

We had a great stay at Elias's place. The apartment is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The location is great, easy parking, close to the grocery store, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Montepulciano. Elias is very friendly, communicative and had great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. in town. We would be more than happy to visit again!
