Holiday houses in Ponte Santa Lucia

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con la nostra cagnolina in questo bellissimo appartamento immerso nella campagna umbra ed arredato personalmente da Maria Grazia. Ottima pulizia e bellissimo giardino da cui si può godere di uno stupendo tramonto con vista sull'eremo e sul paesaggio circostante, la nostra cucciola ha molto apprezzato. Maria Grazia sempre cortese e disponibilissima, ci ha anche fatto omaggio di alcune buonissime marmellate preparate personalmente da lei. Speriamo di poter tornare quanto prima.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Our stay in Spello was truly unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the charming piazza kennedy, and we were lucky to be there during the stunning Infiorata festival—watching the intricate floral carpets being created right below our balcony was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made it a perfect retreat whether the weather was warm or cool. A special thank you to our host, Ferruccio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up at the Spello station due to the heat, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Appartamento in ordine e pulito, mi ha riportato indietro nel tempo: il paese di Pale dove abbiamo soggiornato è un gioiello raro con le sue piccole ma suggestive grotte, le cascate del Menotre a 100 metri, il vecchio lavatoio nella piazzetta principale, eremi incastonati nella roccia, senza rumori di auto e caos, con abitanti che ti salutano e ti fanno sentire parte della comunità. Host attento e collaborativo ci ha suggerito su dove mangiare e consigliato cosa vedere. Vacanza super. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!

Cristiana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni (ben dettagliate) per raggiungere il parcheggio, l'abitazione e anche per sfruttare al massimo le risorse disponibili (alimentari, ristoranti...). Seppure la vacanza sia stata breve, ci siamo sentiti da subito ben accolti. Grazie di tutto.

Il piccolo appartamento nel casale di Alba Magdalena corrisponde esattamente a quanto indicato e mostrato nelle foto. E' un'oasi di pace con bellissima vista sulla valle e sui paesi intorno. L'attrezzatura è stata più che sufficiente per i nostri soli due giorni di soggiorno. Alba Magdalena è stata molto cortese e scambiare anche solamente qualche parola con lei è stata una bella esperienza. L'alloggio si raggiunge molto facilmente con le indicazioni fornite e con l'aiuto di un sistema di navigazione satellitare. Da lì è facile muoversi nei bellissimi dintorni (a pochi chilometri è possibile trovare ristoranti e/o botteghe). Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare qui.
