Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pontecagnano Faiano

Thank you to Michela and Giancarlo for the most wonderful 10 day trip! Giancarlo was very flexible when our flight got cancelled. The property is beautiful and is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast. It has 2 private areas to sunbathe with sun beds/umbrellas. It is a short walk to the nearest beach and only 10/15 minutes walk into Maiori, where you can get a water ferry or bus to anywhere required. Would highly recommend staying here - Wonderful host, beautiful surroundings, amazing property and overall excellent trip! Thank you, Dan

This was the perfect place for our first time in Positano. The views are breathtaking, the location is very convenient and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. Letizia and Grady are superb hosts. They were very helpful in preparation for our trip, Grady greeted us on arrival and arranged porters to move our bags when we checked in and out (pro tip for any first timers: don’t think twice about hiring porters, you won’t regret it). Their guidebook was full of great suggestions and made it really easy for us to plan our stay. I know we will be back to Positano someday and this will be the first place we book!

Stunning apartment attached to the main house in the stonewall hamlet of Scala. Gorgeous location. If you have a short stay, would recommend packing light because the stairs down to the dwelling and through the hamlet are impressive! Incredibly peaceful with a magical view, and the hosts are so kind and welcoming. Delicious breakfast in the garden and great recommendations for where to go and what to see. Such a treat - highly recommend.

We will never forget our first trip to Italy and the views from this beautiful property will forever be imprinted in our memories. If you are looking for an authentic experience away from tourists and crowds, but surrounded by beauty, this is your place. Michele is an incredible host who will tirelessly answer your questions, anticipate your needs and make arrangements to ensure you get the full experience. Raffaella’s place was amazing and would definitely stay again! The view was absolutely stunning and the room was very nice and clean, just what we needed. The location to meet for check in was a little confusing at first but we found her quickly. Rafaella’s brother was able to carry our luggage up and down when we came and left which was a huge help since there were so many stairs. Additionally and most importantly, my boyfriend proposed here on this beautiful balcony and I cannot thank Rafaella enough for everything she did to set up and prepare it for him. It was perfect !!

Where to start... prior to our arrival she provided her information so she could help pick us up with our bags and give us a personal tour. She treats her home with pride and her guests like family. Giovanna and her family all helped make our stay memorable and comfortable. She was flexible with us since we had a late wedding to attend and really cared about us personally. She remembers the little details like what you like for breakfast and even wished my husband a happy birthday. The view is beautiful, the room is cozy, her food is made with love and my heart is so full. My husband and I left feeling so cared for. Everyone is respectful of space and Giovanna is just a lovely person I hope to visit again. If you want an ordinary experience go elsewhere but if you want something extraordinary visit Giovanna <3

Yes there are stairs, but this place is absolutely worth it. There isn’t a location in Amalfi that doesn’t require a decent walk, but when you end up here you really don’t mind. Amazing terrace, amazing location, and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Having Louisa (bistro/butchery) as essentially the first restaurant you see before heading up to the place is 🤌🏻. The house its self is modern, has a great shower and exactly as described. Will stay here again next year!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! The apartment is located near the town center and is within walking distance from several amazing restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and amazing shops including a grocery store. It also has the most beautiful view! Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and during. She organized car transportation, dinner reservations, as well as a chef dinner hosted at the apartment, with several courses that were all family recipes and unique to the area of Praiano. This experience was worth every single penny! We really fell in love with Praiano. So many restaurants with the best food and very kind people, with zero crowd from the surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back someday!

Luigi was the best air bnb host ive had this summer in all of the cities ive seen in europe and I’ve been to 7 different ones this summer. Honestly, the best air bnb host I’ve ever had in all of my traveling. Luigi went out of his way to help us and guide us through the village. He gave us great recommendations and tips to get to tourist locations. He might also be the nicest and most genuine guy I’ve ever met. Him and his wife were amazing hosts! Also the place itself was amazing with an amazing view and great air conditioning!!! Very clean with everything you would want and need in a stay. I would 100% book again. He also loves to know his guests and is so welcoming. |I felt at home when my home is actually in the United States.

We had a lovely three days in Praiano at Ana's place. The views are incredible. The place is spacious, clean and decorated so that it feels like home. The location is walkable to the SITA bus, Mobility bus, Praiano taxi. It is also walkable to several restaurants. We like Kasai and Il Pino restaurants the best! Ana greeted us upon arrival and got us settled with any needed information. She was very responsive and helped arrange transfer from town to town with luggage. We are sad we had to leave. Highly recommend!

The home looked exactly like the photos, but the view was even more breathtaking in person. We spent so much time on the rooftop patio, taking in the incredible cityscape—and we were lucky enough to catch fireworks almost every night! The location was also super convenient. It’s just a quick 10-minute taxi ride to lots of great restaurants, and getting a taxi is really easy. Just walk out of the property, take a left, and you’ll see several taxis waiting straight ahead. The only suggestion we have is to provide an extra key to the front door. There was only one, which made it a bit tricky when our group wanted to split up during the day—we had to get creative with coordinating access. Overall, it was a fantastic 3 night stay and we’d absolutely come back!

This home is just like the beautiful photos but even more spacious than I expected. We traveled with 3 teenage boys (five of us in all) and had so much space here. The host, Pierluigi has thought of everything. It is so well stocked and so clean. Amazing terraces with water views, large kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This is the best property I’ve ever stayed in. And on top of all that, Pierluigi is so responsive, thoughtful and gracious. You couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend and we would stay here again for certain!!

We really enjoyed staying in Mary’s apartment. It feels very homely and very interesting with many design pieces in the apartment. The location is amazing, so easy to walk to everything. Despite being in the centre of Naples. The apartment was quiet particularly the bedroom, so it was easy to sleep. Mary is a lovely person who stayed to welcome us even though our flight and taxi were delayed by over 2 hours. Naples is amazing, very lively and quite noisy but the people are so friendly and it feels very safe.

Quite possibly the best airbnb I've stayed in to date. Ida's apartment was a rare airbnb that's actually managed by the owner, and it showed. The space is exactly as pictured and truly unique. It's equipped to stay for a while, with all of the necessary cooking essentials and space to actually unpack. We couldn't get enough of the balcony, but the indoor space was just as lovely. Ida was one of the kindest and most responsive airbnb hosts I've had, and made sure we felt at home. Praiano itself was wonderful. I would only recommend doing some research on how to get around before the trip - We did not rent a car and buses are accessible, but I preferred to walk around Praiano and explore the immediate area which is walkable if you're ok with stairs. While I found other parts of the Amalfi coast chaotic and crowded, Praiano, and this particular airbnb, were a reprieve - was sad to leave and would 100% come back and stay here again.

Margherita’s condo is nothing short of a hidden gem in Salerno! Located in a secure location on a quiet side street, this place is very comfy and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay (however do be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs to access the condo!). We could’ve sat on the balcony for hours just marvelling at the breathtaking view of the mountains. Margherita and Francesca were wonderful hosts; always communicative and ready to help! Despite the language barrier between us, Margherita kindly took the time to meet us at the outside gate for check-in and showed us all that the place had to offer (including a tasting of her homemade limoncello!). It truly is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Amalfi Coast. We are so grateful to Margherita and Francesca for taking such great care of us!! :)

An unforgettable stay – highly recommended! As soon as we entered the accommodation, we were greeted by a wonderful scent - it almost felt like we were entering an exclusive fragrance shop. The apartment was not only extremely clean, but also furnished with great attention to detail. Carla is a fantastic host: warm, likeable, attentive and incredibly helpful. Every day she kindly inquired whether we needed anything or whether she could help us with tips. She recommended wonderful places and was at our side digitally throughout the entire stay - always available and with great commitment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A note that Carla herself also gives: The location is well suited for those traveling by car. We spent 4 nights there and left every morning around 7-8 am for excursions. From there, we could easily reach Sorrento, Positano, Capri.

Ursula was a great host! Our flight and train were delayed and she was so kind about us changing our arrival time. She gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was large and clean, and within walking distance of the train station and bus stop. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely time at Helgas place in Sorrento! Clean and beautiful space, open and gorgeous surroundings! The check in process was super easy, one of the lovely hosts met with us and showed us everything, really responsive and helpful when we needed anything! We enjoyed a couple mornings in the private courtyard and watching the sunset down on the balcony by the sea! Wondering through the lemon and orange groves was picturesque! Sorrento was a great place to visit, the town and restaurants and beach clubs all within a 20 minute walk We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sorrento, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Raffaele's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A beautiful courtyard welcomed us with a super friendly doorman, as it still exists in the beautiful buildings in Naples today. We were able to deposit our luggage with him (you have to pay a little) and were able to walk through the beautiful streets of Naples without any problems and without luggage. The check-in worked very well and we were then able to take over the beautiful and well-kept apartment. We felt right at home. Raffaele was always available to us for any information. You can walk very quickly to the most beautiful streets and sights of Naples, the subway is right in front of the house. Everything you need for a longer stay was available in the apartment. We will definitely come back and will be happy to recommend Raffaele's Bijou. Thank you Raffaele, we were allowed to stay in your nice apartment. A presto

We stayed for two nights and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The views and home itself looked even more magical in person. So many amazing restaurants and an incredible wine bar right down the street. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return. We are in great shape and only visited with a backpack so stairs were not an issue for us. Worth every step! Felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and even got us a taxi when we had to catch an earlier train back to Rome! Believe us, you want to book La Casa Sull Acqua!!!

What a brilliant find! Marcos place is the perfect escape from the busy centre of Naples. The driving route to get there is chaos & totally unique Italian style crazy driving, but when you arrive you quickly forget about the madness. Beautiful views & a stunning apartment. Would definitely stay here again! Maros mother greeted us & she is a delight, Marco answered any questions we had very quickly & nothing was a bother. 10/10 stay.
