Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

In the Circeo National Park, an exclusive area of Punta Rossa, with a private beach reserved for the small area of villas and direct access to the sea just 50 m away, about 70 steps. This nest is the perfect place for your holidays, surrounded by the sea breeze, with views of the Pontine Islands in a magical and exclusive place! The feeling is of being on an island, the white and blue architecture, surrounded by bougainvillea, embraced by the sea and with unique sunsets, a dream!

Casa con piscina ad uso esclusivo. Composta da sala e camera da letto divise da una parete senza porta ,bagno e cucina. Situata a 5 km dal centro e 900 mt dal mare,è necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti. Può ospitare massimo 2 adulti e 2 bambini,. Non si è completamente soli l'host ed altra casa vacanza adiacente hanno entrata in giardino in comune) Dal 1 ottobre al 30 aprile disponibile idromassaggio riscaldato , piscina disponibile dal 1 maggio al 30 settembre
