The sea is the first to welcome you In the heart of the bay of Cala Feola, Casa Mia welcomes you. It was built at the end of the 19th century by my grandfather together with his father, and is still cared for by me and my family today. It stands along the picturesque staircase that leads to the Piscine Naturali. Here, the blue of the sea enters through the shutters and accompanies you throughout the day. Food stores, bars, and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away; the port is about 20 minutes away by taxi or shuttle.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Come and see fantastic scenery from the two-room apartment

My place is close to downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants, a pharmaceutical dispensary, post office. Just about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Natural Pools, Cala Dell 'Acqua, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and the rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! But visible from the sea at a distraction of 50m from the coast to admire it!!
