The town of Neulliac is located in the center of Brittany, minutes from Pontivy, the Canal de Nantes à Brest and Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

This little cocoon is located at the foot of a wooded hiking trail and a 5-minute walk from the Petit Resto wood and the Bollumet bakery to delight the taste buds of gourmets in the morning. Completely renovated, this accommodation is quick to access the Nantes-Brest Canal (100 m). The location lends itself to walking or biking. Close to Lake Guerlédan. Located 8 km from Pontivy, Cléguérec or Mûr de Bretagne which offer all shops, health services, cultural and leisure activities. On reservation (to be paid on site): sheets (€5), towels (€3), baby equipment. The night at €70 for up to 4 people, €10 extra from the 5th person, limited to 10 people.
