Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Our little “Hakuna Matata” is a beautiful, cozy, private 2 room mother-in-law unit, with its own separate entrance It has a living room with full size futon, and bedroom with a sleep number King bed, kitchenette (induction plate, convection microwave, fridge) and full bathroom. We are permitted for 4 guests, more suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, or 3 adults. Meaning of Hakuna Matata in Swahili is “NO WORRIES” - which is exactly what you will have “for the length of your stay”.

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Bradley and Alyona were great hosts. Excellent communication and very attentive. The Airbnb was beautiful, well decorated and clean. It’s located next to great hiking trails and other Lake Tahoe activities. The jacuzzi was a plus and we appreciated the welcome package left by Bradley and Alyona. I highly recommend booking with them.

We had an amazing stay at the Airbnb. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot for me and my friends, super comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great, and check-in was smooth and easy. Micheal was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the entire process, which made everything even better. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how welcoming the space felt. Patrick's cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults) for our annual Tahoe summer vacation. The cabin is gorgeous, impeccably clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need (well appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). The location on the West Shore is the perfect launch point for summer adventuring (hikes, biking, lake access, etc.) and the neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful. We appreciated the thorough instructions/videos provided and Patrick's prompt responses to questions, which made for a smooth stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

House was amazing. Beautiful area, kids had a blast. It was better than the photos. We highly recommend staying here and Nicole and Jaggar were responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.
