Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. We really loved our stay at the Chapel! A beautiful space, converted so nicely. It felt so homely, bright, clean and cosy at the same time. We were sad to leave!
