The accommodation was nice, clean and the host was nice and there was good communication with her.

Martin’s flat is very close to Billa and Lidl, which makes it easy to shop groceries. The area is quiet and felt safe, though it might not be the most picturesque - it’s mostly communist era buildings, but well maintained and modernized. The flat itself is located in one of such buildings and is very easy to find. Poprad is also very close to High Tatra mountain range, and the views on the way there are simply stunning! Inside there are all the possible amenities, even for a much longer stay. It’s squeaky clean, everything works and in general is very comfortable. Martin was responding very quickly and proactively and the check in and check out were very easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Martin’s apartment!

Very welcoming host. Lovely and clean place in Zakopane with private parking at the location. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for 10people. Downstairs they have a lounge where one can play billiard and have a drink. Would highly recommend. Will definately return ❤️

Oh my gosh! This was the BEST Place to stay in the UNESCO walled City of Levoca. Zaffir House had everything to make our stay wonderful! Comfortable Bed, Modern Bathroom, Washer and Separate Dryer (plus more)?We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of our private courtyard and balcony areas. Our stay was extra special because of our wonderful hosts- Janka and Torsten. We had our own private taxi driver (Torsten) who shared much information of the area and gave us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat! We HIGHLY suggest you book here- you won’t be sorry! (Note: We are Airbnb SuperHosts and have very high expectations!!!) Linda and Tom

We have absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back! Ronald is an excellent host. He was always helpful, kind and left very clear instructions for everything. The house is just perfect. Everything was prestine clean, brand new and just so beautiful! His house had everything you may need. We are a family woth 2 small children, and absolutely loved our stay there. The kids had loads of fun playing in the snow at Tatranska lomnica (only a short car ride away). There are many walking trails nearby too! There is a supermarket only 5 minute drive away, which was very handy! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much, for such a magical experience!

everything was good, I can recommend only one minor issue in communication: - after check out we got notification about some additional payment 36zł that was not mentioned in description(I guess it is touristic fee) - we cleaned after us as much as we can and sorted trash us much as we have space for that, but we got notification about "dirty condition" - cleaning fee 85 USD was included, and it is strange to get this kind of notification after partial cleaning on our side I recommend to adjust description/house rules if you expecting somesing additional on the guest side

Absolutely delightful stay, above the expectations - Joanna's place is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures! just stunning! I would highly recommend it for any girly gate-aways or big family stays. We were celebrating hen-do there and had the best time we could possibly wish for. Joanna is also super friendly and responsive - anything we needed was provided (we much appreciate it!). The house itself is in basically central Zakopane, not even 5min walk and you are in Krupowki. Nice supermarket nearby, restaurants and dalightful views. I will definitely book it again when travelling with a bigger group! Many thanks Joanna for creating this fabulous place <3

Incredibly beautiful, yet welcoming home with natural surroundings and vistas of the mountains. Stunning traditional wood architecture in the style of the region, well furnished, spotless clean, and all the amenities and utilities we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly, and has amazing attention to detail. This was exactly the experience we were looking for in Zakopane. We had the most amazing stay the house was everything you could have dreamed of. The hikes in the surrounding areas were very close by. We stayed there with a family of 5 we have three boys16,15 and 4 and it was perfect for all of them. The wood that surrounds the house is beautiful and having nature right on your door step is perfect. We are very outdoor people and this stay was fantastic for being in a peaceful location. Volker was quick to answer all messages and extremely helpful he gave us great recommendations of where to visit and provided so much helpful information on where to find things. The house is stunning it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. We were sad to leave. We will visit again for sure.

We stayed as a group of eight adults, along with a 4-month-old baby and a 2-year-old, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The spacious layout easily accommodated everyone, offering comfort and privacy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the thick, insulated walls ensured complete quiet between rooms. The property is clearly designed with winter stays in mind, featuring thoughtful additions like boot dryers and a washer/dryer. The kitchen was superbly equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, and appliances, including a dishwasher (with tablets provided), a microwave, a hob, a toaster, and even salt and pepper. The Nespresso pods supplied lasted the entirety of our 6-day stay, with plenty left over, which was a lovely touch. We were also delighted to check in a couple of hours early, and as a bonus, we received complimentary access to the children’s soft play area across the road for an hour each day. Lubor was there to smoothen the check in process, he was extremely proactive and friendly all throughout the stay. The location is spectacular and the place itself was spotless and with more than one could need. Definitely felt like a great place. If I returned to this region this would be my first choice of accomodation.
