Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

At foot distance from all kind of commerce with lots of restaurants, caffes, shops and supermarkets. And it is only a short journey to water parks, theme parks and the crazy nightlife of Albufeira.

The Quinta Avalon is in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer, near the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would rather advise you against booking on our Quinta, as all our animals are free on our entire premises.

Il se situe dans un immeuble de standing au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités (superettes, marché, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacie...). Il est situé à 40km de Faro et a 20mn de Albufeira. Il est bien localisé pour découvrir la côte oueste avec ses falaises.( praia da Marinha, Benagil, Lagos et Sagres.)
