We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

The accommodation is super well located: quiet but everything you need is quickly accessible The house is very nice: it is spacious, bright, well equipped with lots of storage and with a large garden. Excellent short stay in the Landes, especially at Véronique's, we had a pleasant stay, in very good company of horses, donkeys and ponies, what a joy to wake up with this calm, the apartment really warm and very pleasant to live in. 👍 We will come back with great pleasure, we recommend this beautiful place 👌

An unbeatable experience at Vincent's house 🌟 We spent three incredible days at Vincent's house and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment, the communication was friendly and very attentive. Vincent made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The house is simply spectacular: bright and tastefully decorated. Every corner is designed for relaxation and disconnection. The pool was our favorite place during the day, perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! In addition, the house is well equipped: full kitchen, comfortable bed, well-kept outdoor areas and details that make a difference (such as extra towels...). The location is also excellent: quiet and private, but with easy access to everything we needed.

Mica is an excellent host, attentive to our arrival to explain everything, always available for any questions, etc. The house is beautiful, it's just like in the photos! Apart from that, it is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to spend a vacation or a few days of disconnection. We really enjoyed the outside. It has sun loungers, a large table and an iron to make good recipes!! We'll definitely be back at Maison Dune soon 😊

The house is very well, equipped to make our stay comfortable. The pool is a real plus to relax after a day of sightseeing, with an absolutely beautiful view. Marie Anne and her husband are very welcoming and responsive. always ready to give excellent advice for visits to the area. We highly recommend to rejuvenate in a nice setting. Experience to repeat!

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.
