We had a very relaxing week for four! Great garden with pool, quiet and private. Everything is super clean, very functional and beautifully furnished. Top equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful hosts, thank you! I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a very pleasant stay in this typical Palma de Mallorca house. The listing matches the photos: cozy, cared for, and clean. It is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing but also comfortable to explore the whole island. The only less positive aspect was the humidity, which in the middle of the stay made the clothes a damp. The check-in and check-out facilitated by the safe with the keys, very comfortable especially for those who, like us, had to leave very early in the morning. The host has always been kind and very responsive.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Hosts were welcoming and informative. The house itself was clean and spacious, with lots of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind in. The pool and nature surroundings made for a perfect escape. The location up north was fantastic - there are lots of beautiful places to visit within a 5-20 minute drive. We were also blessed with a visit from the little cats on the property, which was a lovely addition. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we needed an additional plug converter. Overall we had a very memorable and enjoyable time!

We had wonderful days , were able to relax and enjoy the tranquility, at the same time you were quickly in a city for errands. The finca is lovingly furnished and has almost everything. - from Netflix to a sweet bathroom. For absolute happiness, only two larger glasses were missing - so a luxury problem😎 highly recommended!

I spent 4 weeks at Laura’s place in Pollensa in Oct-Nov. The main purpose was cycling and rollerskiing. In summary, I was happy with my stay. I find Pollensa just as good for training as Port Pollensa or Alcudia but more charming, authentic and fun. The old center is beautiful, and there are good restaurants within a short walk from the house. Driving on the narrow streets is tricky, but there is ample parking closeby. Laura’s place could feel crowded at full capacity of 5 pax, as there is just one bathroom and the well-stocked indoor kitchen is small. However, for warm weather, there is a larger outdoor dining area. There are no views from the apartment, as everything is enclosed in stone. Non-Spanish speaking visitors could also use a smart TV as there is a fast wifi. As a personal side note, the main highlight in the village was its 1000+ healthy and friendly community cats that are looked after by the locals and Cat Protection Pollensa, whom I was very lucky to meet and support.

We had a really nice stay. Manel was an impeccable host: kind, always available and ready to provide precise and punctual directions. The house exceeded our expectations: much more spacious than the photos, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. The outdoor area is a real strength, ideal for relaxing after exploring the island. An experience we definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our visit to Ana's place. The place was big, clean and well-organized. Honestly, amenities were more than what we need. Her husband was easy-to-communicate and ready to take care of anything that could go wrong. He also made local suggestions to us. A great house to pick and avoid any potential worries regarding where you will stay during your trip to Mallorca.

Great stay. Area is a bit boring to live in, but close to Pollenca city and 10 min drive from beautiful water. Kitchen supplies could be a bit better.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!

The stay was amazing and really caught us by surprise. Even better than on the photos. Walter and William were really attentive and responsive, made us aware of a dinner event at the property and made sure we could attend it.

The stay was very pleasant! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Tomeu's accommodation! On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by him and his wife and immediately felt at home. The two were always approachable for us, gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and activities in the area – always helpful and with a lot of cordiality. The accommodation is located just outside Llubí, quiet and idyllic in the middle of nature. You can reach the village on foot after a walk of about 1 km - by car, the connection is absolutely unproblematic. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a natural environment, you have come to the right place! The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the animals: chickens, pigs, sheep - and even a peacock! For us as a family, it was a real highlight. We can highly recommend Tomeu's accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you for this wonderful time & hospitality

Lovely villa, exactly and described and like the pics. Very responsive and helpful host. The pool was superb. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is great, just as shown in the photos. In addition, it is fully equipped and Patrick (the contact person during the stay) is nice and attentive. The only drawback of the house is that it does not have a ford. All the neighbors in the development have paid for the ford except this house. In our case, we were unlucky that a car parked in front of the garage. Since there was no ford, the only thing the police could do was fine the vehicle, but they are not required to move the car. Because of this, we lost a whole day on the island. We believe that the host should pay for that ford just like the rest of the neighbors.

This is a slightly quirky historic building right in the center of Pollença, close to the main plaza and a bunch of great cafes. It’s a bit rustic, and the layout is decidedly odd (but perfectly functional), so if that’s your kind of thing you’ll be right at home. The only downside is that in the front two bedrooms you can hear some noise from people talking outside in the street. But that kind of goes along with a historic house in the middle of things. The host is very nice and lives nearby.

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

Great stay. Very spacious apartment. A stone's throw from the beach. Very quiet area. Excellent pizzeria 150m away When we arrived at 11pm had a slight problem and the host helped us despite the time, it was much appreciated. Each room has its own full toilet adjacent. Need to Know: Despite the fact that it is not mandatory to do so, some air bnb have basic ingredients for the kitchen but not this one then plan what you need, however there are no kitchen accessories missing. Opportunity to improve: The toilet could be refreshed I recommend the Thalia apartment

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is a rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. Her apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and conveniently located, right on the water. A real slice of paradise that I recommend without a second thought!

Catherine is such a helpful, responsive and excellent host . Would 100% staying at the accommodation. In a fantastic position close to beach and restaurants. Local recommendations provided and check in and out very easy . It also felt like a home . Thanks Catherine- we all loved it .

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio
