Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche zu viert! Toller Garten mit Pool, ruhig und privat. Alles supersauber, sehr funktional und schön eingerichtet. Top Ausstattung in Küche und Bad. Bequeme Betten und eine hervorragende Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, danke! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questa casa tipica di Palma di Mallorca. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto: accogliente, curato e pulito. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi ma anche comoda per esplorare tutta l’isola. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è stata l’umidità, che verso a metà del soggiorno ha reso i vestiti un umidi. Apprezzatissimi i check-in e check-out facilitati dalla cassaforte con le chiavi, molto comoda soprattutto per chi, come noi, ha dovuto partire molto presto la mattina. L’host è stato sempre gentile e molto reattivo.

Cette maison était parfaite pour notre séjour entre amis, très belle et grande terrasse, frond de mer à pieds avec plage bars et restaurants, je recommande chaleureusement la maison

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Hosts were welcoming and informative. The house itself was clean and spacious, with lots of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind in. The pool and nature surroundings made for a perfect escape. The location up north was fantastic - there are lots of beautiful places to visit within a 5-20 minute drive. We were also blessed with a visit from the little cats on the property, which was a lovely addition. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we needed an additional plug converter. Overall we had a very memorable and enjoyable time!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage , konnten entspannen und die Ruhe genießen, zugleich war man schnell in einer Stadt für Besorgungen. Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat fast alles. - von Netflix bis zu einem süßen Bad. Zum absoluten Glücke fehlten nur zwei größere Gläser - also ein Luxus-Problem😎 absolut empfehlenswert!

I spent 4 weeks at Laura’s place in Pollensa in Oct-Nov. The main purpose was cycling and rollerskiing. In summary, I was happy with my stay. I find Pollensa just as good for training as Port Pollensa or Alcudia but more charming, authentic and fun. The old center is beautiful, and there are good restaurants within a short walk from the house. Driving on the narrow streets is tricky, but there is ample parking closeby. Laura’s place could feel crowded at full capacity of 5 pax, as there is just one bathroom and the well-stocked indoor kitchen is small. However, for warm weather, there is a larger outdoor dining area. There are no views from the apartment, as everything is enclosed in stone. Non-Spanish speaking visitors could also use a smart TV as there is a fast wifi. As a personal side note, the main highlight in the village was its 1000+ healthy and friendly community cats that are looked after by the locals and Cat Protection Pollensa, whom I was very lucky to meet and support.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Manel è stato un host impeccabile: gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire indicazioni precise e puntuali. La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative: molto più spaziosa rispetto alle foto, estremamente pulita e perfettamente attrezzata. L’area esterna è un vero punto di forza, ideale per rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato l’isola. Un’esperienza che consigliamo senz'altro!

We enjoyed our visit to Ana's place. The place was big, clean and well-organized. Honestly, amenities were more than what we need. Her husband was easy-to-communicate and ready to take care of anything that could go wrong. He also made local suggestions to us. A great house to pick and avoid any potential worries regarding where you will stay during your trip to Mallorca.

Great stay. Area is a bit boring to live in, but close to Pollenca city and 10 min drive from beautiful water. Kitchen supplies could be a bit better.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!

The stay was amazing and really caught us by surprise. Even better than on the photos. Walter and William were really attentive and responsive, made us aware of a dinner event at the property and made sure we could attend it.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Tomeus Unterkunft! Schon am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich von ihm und seiner Frau empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die beiden waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar, gaben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung – immer hilfsbereit und mit viel Herzlichkeit. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Llubí, ruhig und idyllisch inmitten der Natur. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Ort nach einem etwa 1 km langen Spaziergang – mit dem Auto ist die Anbindung absolut unproblematisch. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in naturnaher Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert waren unsere Kinder von den Tieren: Hühner, Schweine, Schafe – und sogar ein Pfau! Für uns als Familie war das ein echtes Highlight. Wir können Tomeus Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit & Gastfreundschaft

Lovely villa, exactly and described and like the pics. Very responsive and helpful host. The pool was superb. Would definitely stay there again.

La casa está genial, tal cual aparece en las fotos. Además, está totalmente equipada y Patrick (la persona de contacto durante la estancia) es majo y atento. El único pero que se le puede poner a la casa es que no tiene vado. Todos los vecinos de la urbanización han pagado por el vado menos esta casa. En nuestro caso, tuvimos la mala suerte de que un coche aparcó en frente del garaje. Al no disponer de vado, lo único que pudo hacer la policía fue multar al vehículo, pero no están obligados a mover el coche. Por culpa de ello, perdimos un día entero en la isla. Creemos que el anfitrión debería de pagar por ese vado al igual que el resto de los vecinos.

This is a slightly quirky historic building right in the center of Pollença, close to the main plaza and a bunch of great cafes. It’s a bit rustic, and the layout is decidedly odd (but perfectly functional), so if that’s your kind of thing you’ll be right at home. The only downside is that in the front two bedrooms you can hear some noise from people talking outside in the street. But that kind of goes along with a historic house in the middle of things. The host is very nice and lives nearby.

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

Excellent séjour. Appartement très spacieux. À deux pas de la plage. Zone très tranquille. Excellente pizzeria à 150m. À notre arrivée à 23h avions un léger soucis et l'hôte nous a aidé malgré l'heure, c'était très apprécié. Chaque chambre a sa toilette complète adjacente. Bon à savoir: Malgre qu'il ne soit pas obligatoire de le faire, certains air bnb ont des ingrédients de base pour la cuisine mais pas celui ci alors prévoyez le nécessaire, par contre il ne manque aucun accessoires de cuisine. Possibilité d'amélioreration: Les toilettes pourraient être rafraîchie Je recommande l'appartement Thalia

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Catherine is such a helpful, responsive and excellent host . Would 100% staying at the accommodation. In a fantastic position close to beach and restaurants. Local recommendations provided and check in and out very easy . It also felt like a home . Thanks Catherine- we all loved it .

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio
