The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Best in town, this BnB jackpot! Cozy and charming waterfront property. Amazing view! Watch sea lions, fishing boats and orcas from the living room deck! A 5 minute stroll brings you to the best restaurant in Kodiak, and a great coffeeshop/bakery both with stellar views. It's another 5 minute walk to the harbor, museums and shopping downtown. This much loved small home includes many thoughtful details. Private stairs provide access to a waterfront park below. Come check us out!
