It is in the typical, lively and sought-after neighborhood of Port de Nice, at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small Niçoise building, that you will enjoy this beautiful 2-room 35 m2 apartment, refurbished in 2024. Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville.
