Beachfront holiday rental in Port Lympia

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

We had a great stay , loved being in the heart of old town , lots of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues maybe not . Easy check in and out , would stay again

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, we feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Joseph was a great host, he was very responsive. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us and had everything we needed, including beach towels. The location of the apartment was perfect. Right on the water and easy walk to the train station and old Nice. The roof has a great view as well. So many good restaurants nearby and great beach clubs right across the street. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely! Here’s a warm, thoughtful review you can leave for Isabelle: Staying at Isabelle’s home was truly a highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with thoughtful touches throughout the space that showed just how much care she puts into hosting. The home itself was absolutely beautiful immaculately clean, charming, and so comfortable. Isabelle was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making everything so easy and enjoyable. Jean-Marc’s place is exactly as it was described. It was beautifully appointed and great care was obviously taken during the remodeling and furnishing. As a result, the apartment was a comfortable and serene retreat. The location is ideal for exploring both the old city and for excursions to the shoreline, a short block from the apartment. Convenient to the Gare, the apartment is ideally situated for travelers who are arriving by rail. As perfect as the apartment was, what really made our visit special was the attenitiveness and responsiveness of Jean-Marc. They checked on us regularly to ensure that we had settled in well and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building was equipped with a lift, very helpful for carrying luggage. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a necessity in Nice. We would certainly stay again.

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful and super clean apartment by the port that’s walkable to Old Nice and the beach. Sofia is lovely and always a great communicator. We had a slight issue with the air conditioner but Sofia was prompt to fixing it as she was able to. We wanted to live here!

We had a fantastic stay at Renee’s apartment in Nice. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the port, Old Town, great restaurants, close to several groceries, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and local. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, but the real highlight for us was the balconies. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying a glass of wine out there – the atmosphere was relaxing and so quintessentially French. Everything we needed was provided, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. Renee was a lovely host – warm, helpful, and very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Nice!

A beautiful apartment, very close to all attractions and easy to reach by public transportation!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.
