Holiday rentals with beach access in Port of Alicante

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Zack was really helpful and a friendly host, we felt welcomed and the place was just as described. Apartment was clean and had all the things you need, specially in the summertime. Air conditioning was much needed and worked really well. Everything was close and within a walking distance. Easy to recommend and would definitely come again!

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

The apartment was 100% correct as described. Tamy met us at the train station and gave us the keys, she was super flexible and we didn't have to wait for the official check-in time. The apartment has two totally separate bedroom, each at different ends of the apartment, so it was super private for us staying there. The apartment is really spacious, and it's possible to spend the whole day inside the apartment without feeling cramped, and with a nice little balcony also. The only little thing, and this is a natural consequence of being right in the middle of busy Alicante, it can me a little bit noisy around midnight, but not too bad, and it didn't ruin our stay. We will book this apartment again, that is how much we liked it.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the apartment's stunning view and benefited from the convenient location throughout our stay. Maria was also willing to help. You might need earplugs to block out the lift noise, but considering all the other advantages of the accommodation, bringing a pair is well worth it. I hope I’ll have a chance to stay here again.

Det här var en fantastisk plats, över förväntan. Takterrassen på kvällarna, goda maten i kvarteret, goda viner. Tystnaden, och nära till stranden gjorde sitt. Kan absolut rekommendera boendet.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Mycket trevligt townhouse i de äldre delarna av Alicante. Jättefin utsikt från den stora takterrassen som hade sol hela dagen. Mysiga gator och gränder i närheten. Rent och fint. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Место , цена и качество идеальны . Тот случай , когда реальность превзошла ожидания . Удобный район с точки зрения транспортного сообщения в центр и аэропорт . Широкие пляжи и замечательный песок . Я бы сюда еще вернулась . Искренне рекомендую !))))

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

Wir haben hier zu zweit eine Woche verbracht. Und würden wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und Teresa ist sehr nett, es gab einen persönlichen Check in.
