Beachfront holiday rental in Port of Alicante

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Alicante. Alles war in Ordnung und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders die Aussicht hat mir gut gefallen – man konnte wirklich schön auf die Umgebung blicken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat mir bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

Es un apartamento perfecto para un plan como el nuestro (una escapada en pareja de 5 días). La playa al lado, el tram también, buenos restaurantes y el centro de alicante a unos 15 min en el tram. El apartamento es pequeño, pero no hechas en falta nada. Por la noche ni un solo ruido. La comunicación con Rubén fue excelente, por teléfono me informo de todo al momento, e incluso se encargó el mismo de reservarnos el taxi al aeropuerto. Estadía perfecta, volveremos por el apartamento, el anfitrión y por la playa que es espectacular

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Потрясающее место и вид , в квартире все что нужно для комфортного прибывания . Рассветы великолепные с видом прямо с кровати спальни . Хозяин заботливый и все время на связи . Место , цена и качество идеальны . Тот случай , когда реальность превзошла ожидания . Удобный район с точки зрения транспортного сообщения в центр и аэропорт . Широкие пляжи и замечательный песок . Я бы сюда еще вернулась . Искренне рекомендую !))))

Erinomainen ja rento vaihtoehto hotellimajoitukselle. Suosittelemme. Asunnossa on perustarvikkeet lomailuun. Esim. leivänpaahdin ja runsaasti sähköpistokkeita / jatkojohtoja. Erittäin hyvä uusittu kylpyhuone, jonka hyvä lattia ei ole liukas. Suihkukaappi, jossa hyvä suihku. Asunnossa on runsaasti laskutilaa tavaroille / pöytiä / hyllyjä. Iso jääkaappi/pakastin. Parvekkeen kalusteet ovat tyylikkäämmät kuin kuvassa. Hyvät tukevat parveketuolit. Rappukäytävässä on kaksi hyvää hissiä. Ala-aulassa on luiska, jossa on kaide. Asunnossa ei ole merkittäviä kynnyksiä. Asunto sopii myös liikuntarajoitteiselle henkilölle. Ulko-oven edessä yksi porras. Muuten kokonaisuus on esteetön. Majoitus on turvallinen, kun on kaksi lukollista ovea ennen hissiä. On hyvä huomata, että edessä on vilkas monikaistainen ajotie, jonka liikenne voi häiritä joitakin parvekkeella. Meitä ei haitannut yhtään. Ylikulkusilta rannalle on hyvä. Vielä parempi on, jos hissi saadaan toimimaan. Rappuja nyt verran.

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

Le logement est très bien situé et l’environnement était parfait. La plage est à à peine 15 minutes à pied, il y a de très bon restaurant. De plus nous sommes pas très loin du centre ville en voiture ! Nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter du beau temps autour de la piscine privée ! De plus pendant notre séjour nous avons eu un petit problème mais les hôtes ont été très réactif et nous avons réglé ce problème très rapidement ! C’était juste parfait Merci encore pour ces vacances 😊

Lovely apartment within walking distance of restaurants and space to shop for groceries. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Could not recommend enough! The apartment was absolutely perfect, very central and easy to find, perfect location so central but also very private and safe. Every staff member we met at reception went absolutely above and beyond, they were so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Maravillosa estadía en el apartamento de Pilar! Las comodidades son tal como se describen y el apartamento está situado enfrente del puerto en una zona muy buena, siendo accesible a pie a todo lo que conocimos. Pilar fue una anfitriona estupenda, estuvo siempre atenta, incluso tras sufrir una demora en nuestro vuelo de más de 3 horas y llegar a la madrugada, ella nos ayudó a resolver nuestro ingreso sin inconvenientes. Te agradecemos Pilar! Recomendamos 100% este alojamiento!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Desislava. Son Airbnb est vraiment complet, il ne manque absolument rien, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente comme chez soi. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout : plage, restaurants, commerces… Nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de voiture pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Alicante. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et en plus de ça, Desislava est une hôte adorable, très gentille et compréhensive. C’est vraiment agréable d’avoir affaire à quelqu’un d’aussi humain et disponible. D’habitude, nous réservons des hôtels pour nos vacances, mais là on s’est sentis encore mieux que dans un hôtel : l’intimité, le confort, la localisation… tout était parfait. N’hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver chez elle, et pour notre part, si nous revenons à Alicante, ce sera sans hésitation chez Desislava !

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.
