Had a great stay in PSJ as always! Loved the community and walk to the beach. Nightly bike rides are a must!

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! We definitely recommend this space and would stay again!

This was our first trip to the Port St. Joe area . We loved how beautiful the beach was and the neighborhood was so cute! The house was exactly like the pictures and the attention to detail was outstanding! We enjoyed all the amenities: the golf cart, the bikes and all the games were enjoyed by everyone! We liked the slower pace of the area and even though we went on a holiday weekend, we felt like the beach was still very relaxed. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach , it was so nice to not have to pack all of those things! And the beds were super comfortable, especially the master bedroom! It was luxurious! Kate was so helpful and responded immediately when I had a few questions. We loved the Sunrise cafe for smoothies and ice cream and we also drove to nearby Mexico beach to shop and to Reid street to shop and eat several times. The PSJ grill was our favorite. We will definitely be returning!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sandy blue Beach house. Kevin and Jennifer were wonderful host and communicated well. The house was well kept and clean. The house was also well stocked with all your needs and the kids really enjoyed the bikes. The beach is really close by and it also had a really great pool. We look forward to coming back and staying again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

This place truly was perfect for a family vacation! Michelle is a wonderful host and her home is beautiful, clean and comfortable inside and out. If you’re looking for a private but close to everything place, this is it. Michelle was quick to respond and she took time to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Michelle for helping to make our time a great one!

If you and your family are looking for an extraordinary beach trip on a beautiful beach without the crowds, this is the place for you. The home is immaculate, and it is nestled in a fun neighborhood with a few restaraunt, ice cream shops, and some shopping. From the house, the beach is only a 5 minute walk at most. Our group ranged from 12-77, and no one had issues navigating the walk. The owners also provided bikes. The kids loved that addition. The beach was very pretty and easy to navigate. While in the water we saw wonderful sea creatures. We saw rays, sand dollars, Star fish, manatees and dolphins. It has been our favorite beach and home to visit.

Jamie’s place was super nice and clean, the golf cart and beach access made the trip! The garage and games were a nice touch. Jamie was very responsive and helpful no matter what was needed

We were especially impressed with the well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed if we wanted to cook in and watch the sunsets. The beach chairs and towels were good quality and not the cheap like ones you find some places. Nice large living room and kitchen area to gather. Big tvs for watching NCAA softball! We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinners outdoors on the large picnic table on the deck. Great view, nice beach. Maria couldn’t help the seaweed that washed in but she voluntarily sent someone over to try to clean it up. The outdoor shower and toilet were especially convenient. Pool clean and well maintained. We had a great time. As far as price it was expensive but we had great amenities and the elevator was essential for my husband’s 89 year old mom who wanted another beach trip! Thanks for being so responsive Maria to anything we needed.

A relaxing, beautiful home. The attached in-law suite added to the comfort. You’re still together but can have some space or peace when needed. :) The golf cart is a special bonus and added value to the stay. Beach, sunsets, starry skies. We had a great time here.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating our 65th birthdays at Cape San Blas. Our stay was very comfortable with everything that we needed. We look forward to returning next year!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

We loved the home. It was very spacious and had enough room for our large family to come together, but they also had their own space. The community was wonderful, including the pool and the close proximity to the beach! You can take the golf cart to the beach and be at the pool also. That way, you can go back-and-forth between the pool and the beach, which is what our family wanted. Thank you, Majesty, for such a wonderful place for our yearly beach vacation! We truly hope to see you again next year, if not before!

It is paradise on the coast. The unit has tons of charm, and the community is so lovely. If you like a slow “Old Florida” feel with all of the convenience of a great location, this is the perfect rental.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s home. The house is incredibly spacious, has fantastic ocean views, and is a very quick walk to the beach. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and Kate was very helpful when we reached out with questions. We can't wait to stay again!

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the pool at the main entrance to Windmark, the kids were able to walk from that pool to the pizza place and ice cream shop. They had live bands two of the nights we were there at the Mill Mercantile and Social in Windmark! Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Everyone was so nice, great communication with host and will definitely be going back!

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

You are surrounded by nature 360* Jill and Paul are phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the clean home, to the amazing mattress, for a restful night sleep, the rain shower heads to wash the day away, and the thoughtful wine and chocolates, you will not be disappointed. You can always tell when someone cares about their home, and ensuring guests are welcome and cozy. I am very thankful for the opportunity to explore Cafe San Blas, and all the lovely recommendations that Jill and Paul offered. I would love to come back as this is an amazing experience. Very comfortable home in a great location on the north Cape. Wonderful screened in porch for hanging out before and after the beach. Easy home access, easy beach access, well appointed, and comfortable for people and pets. 30+ years visiting the Cape. This home has no negatives-Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is an amazing slice of Cape San Blas! Serenity at the home and a 2 min walk to the gulf of America- who could ask for more!?! Brianna was super proactive and made us feel right at home! Will definately be back again! Thanks so much for an awesome week!

Jamie's house was exactly what we were looking for. We have stayed down the road, at another beach, for 10+ years. We wanted somewhere less crowded and walkable to the beach. It was so nice to not be on the beach with people piled on top of each other. You can actually set your chairs up and have room beside you. Nobody set up in front of you blocking your beach view either. The house was plenty big enough for 9 adults. We spent a lot of time on the decks talking, having coffee, dinner, and reading. We brought a lot of food with us, but found that driving to the Piggly Wiggly wasn't a bad drive at all to pick up extra groceries. We ate a couple of times at The Shipwreck Bar down the road. It's a great local restaurant. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at the Sand Spur! Katy was so nice and very responsive to answer any question that I had! The house is in the perfect spot to check out the downtown area of Port St. Joe. We especially loved all of the shops on Reid Avenue (a short walk down the street.) We found ourselves getting delicious iced coffee at Sweet Bunz every day of our stay but were given some other recommendations for coffee very close by. The public beaches along the bay are just a short drive away! Our dogs especially loved this house. The fenced in yard was perfect to let them roam around and explore! We would love to visit again!

Stephany went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear she genuinely cared about our experience. The home was spotless, beautifully prepared, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our beach getaway extra special. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.
