Very welcoming, super clean space and had everything we could have possibly needed and more! There was lots of snacks and food, and even fresh flowers on the table! Linda and her husband were very kind and sweet! Thank you for hosting us!

The house was amazing—beautifully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. Everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully put together. The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet area but just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. The host was also incredibly responsive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay again!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had an incredible stay at Jodi’s home, the location is perfect with close proximity to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. When we got there we actually didn’t want to leave since we felt right at home! We cannot wait to go back!!

We had a very relaxing stay at Diane’s AirBnb.The house was very clean ,comfy and we slept well.The kitchen was well stocked for everything that you would need for cooking meals .We would stay here again whenever we return to visit our family.

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

This was the cutest and most comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to everything we wanted to do. Very walkable location with Cape Fear river view. Off-site parking was easy and convenient. Would stay here again and again....

Daniel was great! Answered all my questions and was super quick with his responses. The house was immaculate I almost felt bad touching stuff. I really enjoyed my stay and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the home! Would definitely stay again!

The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! This was our second time staying at Steven's place. We love the location, which allows us to access historic downtown restaurants and concerts at Riverfront Park on foot and easily drive to beaches. And the apartment provides a comfortable and roomy space to rest and recover from all the fun!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!
