The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Comfortable living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds, spacious double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The color that envelops it expresses calm, peace, optimism, harmony. The unit is very spacious and well-equipped. It also has well-fenced outdoor spaces, convenient for children's safety and privacy. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac so quiet, while being close to the beaches and the highway. Lidia was very responsive and very friendly, with good recommendations nearby.

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. The accomodation is in a fantastic location with views to Mt Etna in the west, and the coast in the east. It is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you very much, Vincenzo!

Beautiful apartment, very clean with modern furnishings and everything felt new. The air con was the super quiet, you would never know it was on! Emanuele was the best host we have ever experienced and great with local info and restaurant recommendations as well as being so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very central with lots of choice of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away - Italinicius has the best pizza we have ever tasted and worth a visit. Also La Cambusa has excellent food in a beautiful setting on the beach. The bus service is good although we walked along to the train station for a few early morning trains to Messina & Syracuse (its about a 25 minute walk from the apartment). We stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend Emanuele's apartment for great amenities and the central location. 100% 5 stars!

We had a wonderful week and the place is super clean. We rented a car in the second half of the week, which was definitely helpful because the connection to public transport was a bit difficult (still doable). We would mist definitely visit again. Francesco was also always helpful and communication was always friendly and smooth.

Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!
