Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porticcio, Grosseto-Prugna

Beautiful location. Ideally located villa with direct access to private beach. A magical view, calm and tranquility with the sound of waves. Very well-equipped, excellent decoration and comfort! The choice between the sea and the pool, the armchairs of the terraces or the deckchairs ... everything was perfect. A tastefully decorated house. A big thank you to Pierette and Muriel for their communication and welcome. We'll love coming back.

We had a very restful two week stay at Jackie’s. We are a three-generational family and everyone was very comfortable. The pool was well-maintained and the temperature was always absolutely perfect. The walk to the beach was about 25 minutes. We also drove on two roads down to the beach, once each time. Afterwards, we preferred to walk, but more adventurous drivers would probably be fine. Everyone we met was delightful from Pierrot at the small grocery store to the people at Chez Francis, Chez Eric on Calu d’Orzo beach to the owner and waiter at Bar Xavier. We highly recommend the Plage de Cupabia. The location was a bit remote, which was fantastic for rest and slightly challenging for driving.

Sophie was a great host! She was flexible in terms of time, always friendly and always available. Since we arrived a day late, she also made our first purchase. When we damaged something shortly after we arrived, she was also very accommodating. The view is exceptional and breathtaking. Only for the driveway to the premises, you need some courage at the beginning. We enjoyed the time and were very satisfied with the house.

We stayed with Mélanie in October. The place is beautifully located and very large. With two children and our dog, it was ideal and also to relax and enjoy the tranquility. You can walk to the beach easily. Unfortunately, the Spar was closed, but there is a bakery for fresh bread, towards Porto Polo. This can be easily reached on foot. Otherwise, you are dependent on a car for shopping. Thank you very much, we liked it very much.

Beautiful stone house renovated with love and a lot of taste, both isolated and close to everything (Sartene, Propriano, excellent organic market gardener and winemaker nearby). Warm welcome from Caroline with small touches on arrival. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Even more magnificent view than in the photos. A favorite for us!

Location very well located in relation to Ajaccio, the airport and for departures from excursions. Very clean, pleasant, functional accommodation with a swimming pool . Great welcome and regular and friendly contacts. I would highly recommend it!

Apartment with exceptional views from all rooms, amenities and very good layout, very quiet location 10 minutes from the nearest beaches. Belvédère is a small village on the heights, excellent starting point to visit South Corsica and its beautiful mountains. Special mention to Antoine, Melanye's dad who is very attentive and comes every day to say hello.

Very nice and functional accommodation + basic equipment. Well located in a nice little quiet and welcoming village. We really enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend this accommodation if needed.

The best place for a few days in Ajaccio. The beach is super close to the apartment, yet you are right in the old town. Super nice and cozy, we were very happy to just "be at home" on the balcony. Very, very bright, simply great. You can cook super, all the utensils are there. So not to be compared with a hotel room, much much much better 😍

Alain is an exceptional host. Very attentive to our needs. The villa is amazing and our place was cosi. Alain is a very good communicator, and at the service of his visitors. I would highly recommend this host and his villa!!! Loved our stay!!!

An amazing and enjoyable stay in the very heart of Sartene, a jewel in Corsica. Marie and her husband are great and friendly hosts with great welcome traditions. A complimentary wine and local cookies were offered upon arrival. Un grand merci

Grave with Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower facing this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little corner of paradise where we would gladly settle!

Paul's apartment is very cozy and is exactly as you see it in the photos; it's like being at home, the kitchen is more than complete, it has all the equipment for cooking and is complete with dishwasher, oven and washing machine (essential for us since we were traveling by motorbike). Private parking is in front of the furnished terrace ( perfect for those who love to dine and relax outdoors ). A positive note goes to the impeccable cleanliness of the house. Thanks to Paul and Anne Marie who welcomed us.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Fits the description perfectly! Very well-equipped, very comfortable, very quiet and well-located accommodation on the outskirts of Ajaccio. We really fell in love with it and will be happy to come back. Helpful and very kind, Corinne and Eric are people with whom it was a pleasure to meet. I therefore highly recommend this aptly named "haven of peace".

superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.

Had a super great vacation! If you want to plan something for activities, Patrick really helps you. He knows where you need to be and doesn't mind making a call for you. We mainly lived outside by the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We will definitely return, super host. Highly recommended if you want to go to Corsica. Patrick, thank you so much!👍🏽

We had a lovely stay at Anthony's. The house is nice with charm and impeccable with all the necessities, the garden and pool are superb. Anthony is welcoming, responds to all our requests as best as possible. We didn't want for anything, thanks to him for hosting us in this beautiful villa. 😊 The location is great in a very friendly village and close to beaches and amenities. I recommend it!

we were as a family with an 11 year old boy in Marc's house and especially enjoyed the pool. The water was clean and did not smell of chlorine at all, the temperature of the water was also very pleasant. The house is furnished in a very good, simple style, the kitchen is large and everything is there for cooking, the sofa in the living room is pleasantly large and comfortable. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, but it is also really secluded and you are very private and alone there. It's great for swimming and playing and listening to loud music, and a little uncomfortable for shopping in the next town. It takes a little longer to get to the beaches, but you hardly need them with the huge, great pool. Marc was there in person for check-in and check-out and was very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a great vacation on the property and can only recommend it. Best wishes to Marc
