A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A new comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. Newly refurbished since last summer, repainted, new carpet in bedroom, new furnitures in the living room and a De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s.
