Rustic and quiet house, in the countryside, a 5-minute drive from the village and the beach. The place is extremely quiet and relaxing. The house is really big and spacious, more than you'd expect from the photos. The bathroom is also comfortable and very spacious. Really special house: of course not elegant, but functional and welcoming. The only downside is the pool, which is smaller than the photos suggest. We would definitely go back.

We had a really lovely stay at Luisa’s place! It is beautiful, clean and located on a quiet countryside lot next to her holiday home. The place is peaceful and secluded, yet within a two minute drive you are in the centre of Lagos. Also good base for exploring other beaches in the area :) thank you for the stay!

Peter and Jolanda were super friendly ,very helpful. I didn't have any personal car but Peter picked me from the bus stop and after checking out he also dropped me off at the bus stop with his own car. Everything was perfect and fine my two kids also enjoyed it a lot.would love to go back again. Thank you so much for everything.

The stay was spotless. Peter and Jolanda are both very friendly, kind and accommodating. If you have any questions or problems, it was helped flexibly (there are no problems). Our dog was easily tolerated, although he likes to be louder. The hospitality of the two is mega! The Airbnb was clean as described and everything you needed was there. The bed was cozy and the shower was also great (hot water + rain shower available). There is also a parking space, as well as an air conditioning and fan, both very pleasant to cool off. The pool was a great refreshment where you can also sunbathe perfectly. The location of the Airbnb is excellent as supermarkets or amusement parks such as Aqualand, as well as the beaches are all very easily accessible by car. A clear recommendation from us. Best accommodation in which I have stayed. You were allowed to use the 2 beach chairs, the umbrella, washing machine and clothes rack for free. The location is very central on the Algarve in all directions. Right on the N125 but not 1 m next to it but about 100 m. You have no real neighbors and really have your peace. About 2 km to the beach (you can walk but it is better by bike or car). There the best sushi and also the first restaurant on the beach is excellent and cheap with fresh fish. Very easy contact possible via WhatsApp. Very good Internet. Large bed. The kitchen has everything you need. While there is no air conditioning, the construction makes it very cool and therefore not necessary. By car, the place was really a dream. We'd love to come back 💞

Aline & Miguel were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with before and during our trip! They have created a relaxing and beautiful space to enjoy time together with family. We especially enjoyed sitting under the olive trees for games and meals and gazing at the lighthouse/ocean from the lounge chairs. The space worked perfectly for our family of 5 adults. They provided a guide with local recommendations which was helpful. Able to walk to beaches though a bit hilly. Overall we loved staying in this area of the Algarve with access to scenic cliff trails and restaurants. We enjoyed Pashmina (Indian food down the street), Algeria Good Mood Food (Thai) & casual Earth in town for breakfast/lunch. If this Airbnb is available, book it! It’s amazing! We only spent two nights and had a great time. Very clean room and better than we expected. Quite big for two. The shared areas are tidy and clean. The most beautiful thing: the pool. The area is outside the center but easy to reach both on foot and by car. The host is always available and clear in the instructions. Definitely recommend!

Honest Place is the best place to relax. The house and garden are beautifully and quietly located on a hill overlooking the sea. At night you can see the starry sky perfectly. In the morning, the sunrise. The property and rooms are beautifully decorated and well thought out, so that guests are offered all the necessary utensils (from the yoga mat to the beach umbrella that can be rented). Charlotte is incredibly nice, organized, helpful, always available for questions and very accommodating, so we felt right at home. The accommodation offers everything you need and we were lucky that all guests were very relaxed, considerate and pleasant. We highly recommend Honest Place to everyone!

Amazing to stay here! Surrounded by beautiful nature and horses. Horse back riding was very fun! There is a very pretty lake on 10 minutes driving where you can swim, host was very friendly and drove us there. Very happy we stayed here!

I stayed with my family for two weeks at Conny's place. Although we arrived very late, we were welcomed in a very friendly way! We had got tomatoes fig peppers from the in-house garden. The garden with pool was very large and very well maintained, ideal for our two boys to play. A gas grill and charcoal grill are also available. The apartment was super clean and the mattresses very pleasant. The location is very much as you can go to a lot of different beaches by car. Lagos is about 10 minutes away by car.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming flat in the center of Lagos! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of town, with restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away, yet the space itself felt peaceful and private. The highlight was definitely the lovely outdoor area — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine. It was beautifully maintained and really added to the relaxing vibe of the place. What made our stay extra special were the hosts. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From local tips to making sure we had everything we needed, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Lovely little place outside of the city so perfect if you have a car. It gets a little hot at night

A beautiful apartment with shared access to a lovely swimming pool. Super quiet and remote, yet close to the town of Aljezur for restaurants and grocery shopping. Many beaches nearby to explore, and the lovely owners provided us with fantastic tips for local eateries and beach spots. The noise insulation between apartments isn’t great, so you’re a little at the mercy of who’s next door (like us with our six year old son!), but there’s a sensible noise curfew in place to prevent parties etc. We loved it (and the this beautiful part of Portugal) and will be back!

I don't know how anyone can hesitate to come here, Emma is overflowing with kindness, I arrived completely exhausted and I left completely healed and recharged!!! 😍 My heart was heavy as if I was leaving lifelong friends and a friend's house, I just can't wait until next year to come back!!! 2 fresh eggs from their chickens, 2 beers in the fridge, unlimited oranges and lemons and an incredibly comfortable bed... these little touches that make everything coupled with Hemma's smile and kindness!!!

This property is truly a gem and every part of the experience added to our stay in the Algarve. The location is 2 mins away from a grocery store to stock up on food & wine and only 8 mins to Carvoeira and the popular caves/beaches to explore in the area. There are also several wineries nearby with many options to choose from. The apartment itself was very clean, in a quiet location, with all the amenities needed. With 4 people, there was a lot of space and we felt right at home, spending every single meal on the spacious patio. The pool area was absolutely incredible and the whole property was one we did not want to leave. Worth every penny and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Irene’s villa with my two children (7&3), my husband and my dad. The villa was amazing and beautifully presented. The outside area is just phenomenal and so easy with young children. Irene was a lovely person who was very kind and thoughtful. She was friendly and welcoming and the villa was really well equipped. Everything you needed was already there and in great condition.

Great stay at Frank's! His wife and daughters were very welcoming. The place was great and matched our expectations. The rooftop for stargazing was a real plus. We loved the company of animals☺️ Small downside for the shower, complicated to adjust the water temperature.
