Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Portimão

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Ritas Unterkunft und haben es wirklich geliebt. Super schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, geniale Lage und ruhige Gegend. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik war nach einem “anstrengenden” Tag am Strand ein toller Ort um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen! Wir verbrachten im Herbst eine Woche in der modernen Villa in Ferragudo. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Villa ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das schöne Städtchen Ferragudo kann auch gut zu Fuss besucht werden und bietet viele kleine Restaurants (ende Sept. / anfangs Okt. noch grösstenteils geöffnet). Die Villa ist sehr geräumig. So bieten sich verschiedene Aufenthaltsorte Drinnen und Draussen an, was sehr angenehm ist. Unsere Kinder spielten sehr gerne Billard im grosszügigen Aufenthaltsraum im UG oder haben sich im Pool amüsiert. Dieser war auch anfangs Oktober unbeheizt noch genügend warm. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden von Kaffeemaschine über Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler bis zum grossen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Wir haben viel vor Ort gekocht und die Küche ist für die Ferien bestens ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la maison d'Alberto qui est un hôte très sympathique. la maison est ultra propre , bien décorée, et lumineuse. la literie est de qualité ainsi que le linge de maison. Le patio est trés agréable et paraît plus grand que sur les photos. Alberto nous avait laissé des bouteilles d'eau au frigo, ainsi que des fruits et des capsules de café, très appréciable! Le logement est situé à quelques minutes de Lagos et de ses plages ce qui permet de s'y rendre facilement en voiture. Nous reviendrons certainement!

La vivienda es tal como se describe en las fotos. La zona es tranquila y apartada de la ciudad. Necesario vehículo, porque aunque no está lejos del pueblo, el camino hay que hacerlo por una carretera transitada y estrecha. Sin embargo, muy bien comunicada para acceder a la autovía y visitar Algarve. Magnífica atención de Francisco respondiendo rápido. Muy recomendable la vivienda.

An excellent beach stay, full of great amenities, nice quality appliances and linens, flexible bed combinations for families, fabulously located to beautiful beaches and a communicative and generous host. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Très bien, même si un peux loin sans voiture

Un alloggio splendido, due piani con spazi molto ampi, cucina fornitissima oltre che bellissima con doppio frigo, terrazza sfruttata per colazione/pranzo/cena. Camere da letto comode, quella principale molto grande con amplissimo bagno incorporato dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ma il bijou è la terrazza al terzo piano: praticamente un appartamento aggiuntivo con doccia all’aperto, lavello, doppia griglia, lettini, “angolo” divano coperto e una vista che spazia a 360 gradi sul complesso residenziale, su Portimão e sul mare, direzione perfetta per godere del sole che scivola tra la costa e l’acqua. Il complesso è dotato di molto verde con bei giardini, 2 campi da tennis ed una splendida piscina stranamente poco frequentata, quindi ancor più apprezzata. Unico piccolo neo la scelta dell’orario per la pulizia dei giardini da parte degli addetti, o presto la mattina o subito dopo pranzo, comprensibile ma che può disturbare chi vorrebbe dormire un po’ di più.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war einfach fantastisch! Das absolute Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit dem wunderschönen Whirlpool – der perfekte Ort, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen und dabei den atemberaubenden Blick zu genießen. Das riesige Grundstück ist nicht nur unglaublich gepflegt, sondern bietet auch viel Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Alles war sauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Fijn ruim appartement met een goed uitgeruste keuken en prima bedden. Goed uitgeruste keuken, en ook een groot bad in de badkamer. Het huis is ingericht zoals op de foto's; dus vrij weinig sfeer en simpele meubels. Wel is de woonkamer wat fris in de winter, dus neem een trui mee.

Es War Wunderschön bei Paul und Anja Paul hat uns abgeholt und in der Wohnung gewahren. Sie hatten pluss begrüßungs Geschenk für uns, Wein und Portugesisches Nadas. Der Wohnung ist tip top!!!!Und 2 Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer alles sauber. Wirklich alles da, wie zu hause fast, zum kochen. Der Balkon ist Riesig und Sonnig Abend Kann man der Mondaufgang beobachten Der Wohnung ist leise, Riesig und Bequem. Zu fuss 15 minute in die Stadt Beide waren immer erreichbar super nett und hilfreich kann nur empfhelen noch mal 1000 Dank Liebe grüsse an Anja und Paul

This was an incredible stay! The cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in. Host was very friendly and kind and accommodating, great walkable area. Very quiet and comfortable. AC in the unit, all the amenities!

Très agréable, disponible et réactive, Laurie a toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Le logement est très joliment aménagé et très fonctionnel. Le roof top, une pure merveille pour profiter de la vue, du coucher de soleil au cours d’un apéro, d’un diner… Garage privé pour faciliter le stationnement dans une rue où toutes les places sont rapidement utilisées. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, fußläufig ins Zentrum und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und schnell. Das Guidebook zur Wohnung und dem Ort ist eine super Hilfe. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Samuel. Tout était impeccable : propreté irréprochable, accueil chaleureux, et emplacement très calme, parfait pour se reposer. La literie est assez ferme, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde, mais cela reste une question de préférence personnelle. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Visited Alvor with a group of friends for a long weekend. Excellent villa in a great location… 5 min walk to the harbour area and town centre. Everything we needed in the accommodation and it felt like home from home Highly recommended

Pedro is an amazing host and is highly recommended as he is very responsive whenever you message him! He helped save our trip by letting us check in after 3am. Local recommendations are provided at the house, it has a very spacious common area, quiet and safe neighbourhood and amazing pool! Only downside is the women of our group think he is too attractive. 😂

We had a really nice time at this Airbnb. The place was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach was stunning and only a short walk away, which was perfect. The heated pool was a nice bonus, especially with a 6-year-old, and the whole property was well-kept. The area was quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly, and we’d happily stay here again. A solid choice for a relaxing getaway! A few tips, the best food in Lagos is Tasca do Kiko, also there is a cafe called Everyday People cafe, perfect for breakfast.

We had a great stay, the villa was well positioned, spacious, very clean and perfect for a multi-generation family break. Communication with host was excellent. We had a great stay at the villa and look forward to visiting again soon.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looked exactly like the photos. It accommodated 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. Whilst we were there the towels were changed, beds were stripped, pool cleaned, gardens maintained. The villa is very well cared for. Agree with other reviews that you either need a car or be prepared to get a taxi (7 euros to the marina). The walk is doable but part of it is along a quick road with blind corners and no pavement. We didn’t feel safe doing it. We had one issue that was dealt with - thank you for the responsive communication. Thank you for the welcome drink left in the fridge. We were met personally on arrival and could check in early due to a morning flight. We would 100% stay here again and recommend.

Wir waren sehr gerne zu Gast in Kjetil‘s Villen. Auch wenn uns das Wetter einen Strich durch einige Rechnungen gemacht hat, hatten wir viel Spaß und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Besonders das private Areal direkt um die Villen herum hat uns begeistert. Auch die große Küche hat uns mit 5 Personen gut gefallen. Hervorheben möchte ich auch den äußerst hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden vor Ort Zuständigen Nick. Er hat bei Nachfragen asap reagiert und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Had a wonderful 8 days at the villa. Cristina has been a wonderful host, helping us with any queries re the villa and surrounding area. The villa is fabulous, with amazing views of the beach and sea, peaceful surroundings and a beautiful pool area. It’s a 40min walk into Lagos harbour area, approx. And a 10min car drive. All the rooms were clean and minimalist which was perfect. It would have been nice to have had a shower holder/mount in our room (double that looks over the pool) as we had to use the showers in our friends rooms. The kitchen was fab and filled with all the utensils and equipment we needed. Living areas and balconies were comfortable and relaxing. Loved the neutral decor throughout. Would be more than happy to come back for a future stay. Thank you! ☺️

Just got back from a 5 day stay and honestly what a beautiful villa! Everything you need, felt like home to home. The whole place is beautiful, outdoor pool with sun beds, a BBQ and outdoor dining area too plus everything you need inside. Set in a beautiful location that’s quiet but also easy to access the marina nearby and other nice places too. Barbara has been so quick on messages and so helpful with everything. I couldn’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back again. Thank you ☺️⭐️
