Despite the weak weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even a few swims for the brave ones. The house is spacious and a very nice exterior. We'll be back with pleasure for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well laid out, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Yannick is a friendly host, was always quick to reach. The accommodation was freshly cleaned and corresponded to the description. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. It is located a little outside between Agde and Cape d'Agde. You should have a car. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything has been thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is splendid, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

We had a very nice time as a group! The accommodation is fantastically located - right on the beach, it doesn't get any better. Everything you need was available, and communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is a bit outdated, but everything was (relatively) clean and functional – absolutely sufficient for our stay. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing break in a prime location. We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Marie-Anne and Régis were very welcoming hosts. The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend with family or friends. Everything was planned to have a good time!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were gathered for a wedding- 14 of us stayed there. It was very hot weather. But the pool was wonderful, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds. We cooked lots of meals in the well stocked kitchen. We had several questions and the hosts responded very quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this air bnb. It is outstanding!!

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. All amenities were available in the accommodation and even more than what you can expect from an Airbnb. ideal for cooking. everything you need to come with a baby and family with children.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!
