We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, and we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep a very good memory of our stay in Coursan.

Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

A beautifully restored chateau in a wonderful setting. The pool was lovely, the forest walk was accessible by bicycles or walking. There were sheep, chickens, gorgeous landscaped gardens with herbs growing everywhere. It felt like you were living your life in a home away from home. I just wished we had booked a unit with a garden or been offered one, as we had our dog with us. It would have been nice to eat outside our own unit, as apposed to eating upstairs in our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thanks!

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before we arrived. Benjamin, who took care of the check-in and check-out, was great too! We loved our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the poolside for more than a few hours! :)) Beautiful house, beautiful area, kind and friendly service from Eva and her husband. Very pleasant place, very quiet location on the edge of the campsite. The mobile home is functional and was entrusted to us very clean. Victor is very responsive to the comfort of his guests.

I can only recommend this place! Quiet, clean, very well equipped, and the most: access to the pool, spa and slides. Everything is close by. Johnny who welcomed us is very nice. We will definitely come back.

Very short stay for 1 night as a couple. Very clean accommodation, very well decorated and very well equipped. We also found 1 place to park on the street. I would recommend it in a second.

Despite the weak weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even a few swims for the brave ones. The house is spacious and a very nice exterior. We'll be back with pleasure for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well laid out, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. Location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment. The private access to the beach is incredibly great. We highly recommend a stay with a child and dog. The contact with Marie was very good, she was always available when we had questions😊. We would love to come back. We were there at the end of May, and the beach was very quiet and super clean😊.
