Apartment holiday rentals in Portisco

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

L’appartement est conforme à la description. L’arrivée et le départ sont facilités par le système d’arrivée autonome. Le logement est très bien situé. Il y avait de nombreuses places de parking gratuites dans la rue. Stefano est un hôte disponible et sympathique et qui avait même prévu de quoi déjeuner pour la durée du voyage. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

Wij zijn drie nachten in het appartement van Sonia gebleven en dit was eigenlijk veel te kort! Een groot, schoon en compleet appartement op loopafstand van zee en overal is aan gedacht. Een complete keuken, twee grote balkons en zelfs speelgoed voor ons zoontje. Geen minpunten te bedenken!

Vi havde tre dejlige overnatninger i lejligheden, som ligger i et meget fredeligt område. Fra terrassen er der en skøn udsigt over havnen, og der findes flere gode restauranter inden for gåafstand. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet til andre.

We had a lovely stay at Golfo Aranci on Giovanni’s house. He was super responsive and kind with us, making our experience even better. The house matches exactly the description and the location is perfect. Having the parking available makes total difference, house with a lot of amenities and with very comfortable furniture. We definitely recommend, thank you very much!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Azuro. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war super. Esse alles da, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Urlaub werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful apartment with a great location, easy to walk into the centre of town. Really clean with great amenities and thoughtful touches like chargers next to the bed etc.

Die Unterkunft von Bea können wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen - Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Haute Ville von Bonifacio mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer. Auf der schönen Terrasse lässt es sich gut frühstücken oder einen Apéritiv geniessen, während man die Boote beobachten kann. Die Wohnung bleibt trotz der Hitze draussen kühl, entspricht genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Bea und der Check-in haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Bea!

Andrea und Miryam haben uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, das Haus ist in der Nähe von San Pantaleo, ein sehr toller Ort, und wir haben sehr gut bei Andrea und Miryam gegessen....alles war toll

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Apartment und können den aufbehalten nur empfehlen! Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, die Wohnung hatte einen äußerst komfortablen Stellplatz, der mit dem Aufzug erreichbar war, eine schön große Terrasse, tolle Küche, die auch recht gut ausgestattet war. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Klamotten zwischendurch zu waschen, da es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner Gab. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto 10 fahrminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, da man auf Sardinien ohnehin auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, war’s also auch super was die Lage betrifft. Francesco hat uns mit allem geholfen, ob es um die Organisation einer Taxifahrt für Freunde ging, oder gute Foodspots zu finden, er war immer schnell erreichbar und insbesondere auch sehr flexibel was die Check in und Check out Zeiten betraf. Wir haben selten einen so tollen Aufenthalt in einem airbnb gehabt, wir kommen immer wieder gern :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Teilweise auch besser als in den Beurteilungen. Die Sicht auf das Meer war wunderbar. Die Anlage war gut gepflegt. In der Nähe waren schöne Strände wie der White Beach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Résidence calme de 2 étages seulement, en retrait de la rue. Parking privatif sécurisé. Logement bien aménagé et dont la déco a été pensée pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Équipement fonctionnel : Clim et wifi de très bonne qualité. Petit balcon mais bien apprécié. Bonne situation géographique : Olbia à seulement 15 min et les plages toutes proches. Accueil fort sympathique à notre arrivée. Merci encore Francesca 😉

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!
