Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic retreat in which Tree Hoose is uniquely elevated on our hillside croft over looking Loch Broom with sweeping spectacular Scottish Highland views. This beautiful space, just 15 mins drive from bustling Ullapool, has the blissful feeling of being worlds away from everything. Tree Hoose boasts relaxed open plan accommodation, comprising 1nr kingsize + 1nr single bed, warmed by underfloor heating and a central woodburner for an irresistibly soft evening.

The Courtyard, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

Rowanberry Bothy Retreat - At one with nature

Beautiful stone built bothy dating back to 19th century. Lovingly restored with original stonework around a cosy wood burner. We offer outstanding views across the Kyle of Sutherland and are situated in quiet countryside. The Bothy has a small kitchen (with limited cooking e.g. Airfryer ), bathroom with shower and use of laundry facilities if required. . We are situated 1 hour North of Inverness and only 1 hour from Ullapool on the stunning NC500 route. BBQ and charcoal provided.

Annie's annex

We have a flat joined onto our home a working croft overlooking Polin beach. Inside is a large bedroom wth ensuite bathroom, then a large open plan kitchen and living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a large TV with free view. Wifi is available but is slow. Outside has a private parking space with a table and bench for sitting at. No pets. We are three miles from kinlochbervie village but a five minute walk to Polin beach.

Magical Lighthouse studio with stunning sea views

Discover our magical little bothy in Strathy Lighthouse. Enjoy stunning uninterrupted sea views while sipping on your morning coffee from this cosy studio apartment. The lighthouse is out of use, but is surrounded by dramatic coastal scenery that provides a wonderful setting for walking, wildlife watching and Northern light spotting. Situated in a tranquil rural setting 4 miles off the NC500, this comfortable retreat is the ideal place to reconnect with yourselves and nature.

The Wee Housie

A warm welcome, always, awaits you at our family ran apartment. There is a 2 ceramic hob rings with microwave oven, giving you the option to either eat out or have a cosy meal in. Ensuite bathroom, tv, double sofa bed and a single bed. Linen and towels provided. We are dog friendly but due to the small space this is at our discretion but please enquire prior to booking. We accommodate two people maximum with the choice of a sofa bed and/or single bed.

The Byre - stone studio space, Talmine NC500/Beach

The Byre is a unique studio converted from a barn and is perfect for a peaceful break or romantic getaway! A comfortable hotel quality double mattress in self catering accommodation with stunning views of the sea and islands and within easy walk of a shop and beaches. A small but well equipped kitchenette with microwave, induction hob and small oven. Plenty of hot water for showering. A woodburner and 2 heaters. Great location as a base to explore.

Whisky - Pods on the Croft

We are a working Croft in the heart of the highlands overlooking Loch Shin, with views of Ben More Assynt. Where a warm welcome awaits you. Come and explore what Sutherland has to offer from walking, canoeing and cycling to fishing and a good game of golf all within easy drive. Spend the night in either Whisky or Skipper. One of our pods named after our dogs. Take a seat on the deck with a cuppa or a glass and watch the world go by.
