A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

La finestra della seconda camera non ha vista. i due bagni della casa hanno entrambi la doccia. il grande soggiorno/cucina si affaccia su vista mare meravigliosa, esposta ad ovest, quindi esposta al tramonto. L'arredamento della casa è moderno e di buon gusto.
