Two-room apartment with a private entrance in a quiet area, consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace suitable for outdoor dining. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and ample free parking available near the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from a nearby laundry service. The town center and beaches (“Barbarossa”, “La Rossa”, “Pianotta”, and “Il Moletto”) are within walking distance.

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a naturalistic area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other surrounded by vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
