On the ground floor 3 is a large open-concept environment, overlooking the condominium's beach and pool. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have balconies with incredible view of the sea. It is located in the center of Perequê, in Porto Belo, 5 min from Meia Praia and close to Bombinhas. It has market and restaurant options a few meters.
