House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with ample land, gourmet area, small swimming pool, ping pong, laundry room and parking for up to 3 cars.

The highlight of the Telúrica Chalet is the balcony overlooking the lake, which features a barbecue, sun loungers, a hammock and space for a bonfire. Kitchen with minibar, 2-burner electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven and dishes. Hot/cold air-conditioning; 1Gb Wi-Fi and 32" Smart TV with Local TV and Netflix. Bath and face towels and full bed linen for 2 people (sheets, 4 pillows, blanket and microfiber blanket), with towel changes every 2 days, if applicable.
