Wonderful house that we like so much that we extended to spend another 25 days! 1 minute from the beach, the house is very cozy and has everything you need to spend short and long periods in a comfortable way. We spent a wonderful month at Ana and Flávio's place. From the first contact, they were super considerate, helped with everything we need, and indicated where to order food, market, and sightseeing. The house is a grace, we feel super comfortable and we are very comfortable, it has everything necessary, and everything is very clean and new. It is in a quieter neighborhood, close to several markets, it has bakery and butchers. In the end of the street that makes traverse, has a very quiet and beautiful trail to the beach of Mozambique. We hope to return one day!

The space is as described and as it appears in the photos. The difference was the wide lawn, the deck, the cleanliness and the proximity to the beach of the shipyard. The container, as described in the footage, is very small, it ended up getting tight for us couple and our golden retriever. The neighborhood is very quiet and well taken care of. By car has easy and quick access to the centre of balneário camburiu and Praia do estaleirinho, where there is a better structure of restaurants and commerce. Communication with the host was excellent.

We highly recommend the space, local and hosts, we love the time we spend there.

What a sensational place! I went to spend a few days to escape the Carnival and it was my best choice. The site is close to the center and to markets and trades in general, but at the same time it is a land with a lot of green area and a lot of nature around. The hosts are loves, they welcomed me well and made me feel at home. The house is excellent, spacious environments, super full kitchen and the pool area is wonderful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT and I will be back for sure.

Anderson was an excellent hoster, easy communication, always proactive, good energy and willing to help from the beginning. The place is great, super nice, very safe, quiet neighbor. The house has all the appliances so that you can feel at home. I am a suspect to speak of, I will be undoubtedly more often when I return to Itajaí. Note 10, note 100 for both the venue and the treatment received by Anderson and his parents. Without a doubt, I RECOMMEND IT, I felt at home during the 40 days.
