Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. L' appartamento dista km 5 da Como, km 2 da Torno, km 40 da Milano, km 38 da Lugano. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Federica war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist so einladend und man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch auf ein persönliches Anliegen ging Federica ein und zeigte Verständnis. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. In der Umgebung gibt es vieles zu unternehmen, das zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We just had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s. Communication before and during the stay was excellent and the property was perfectly located in a beautiful town. We could walk to restaurants along the stunning lakeside boardwalk. Claudia made some excellent recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our boat hire for the afternoon. We hired the motorboat within walking distance of the apartment. The lift access, washing machine and secure parking really helped make our stay easy and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would very happily return.

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.

Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit einer super Gastgeberin! Das Haus war wie beschrieben und total sauber. Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Für alle Fragen hatte Milka ein offenes Ohr und hat auf alle Anfragen umgehend reagiert-sie war sehr bemüht uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten! Vielen Dank an Milka! Ich kann die Unterkunft in dem super schönen, beschaulichen Porto ceresio nur sehr empfehlen!!!

La Terrazza Sul Lago! Fairytale Lakeside Escape

Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag und als wir in die schöne Wohnung gekommen sind, erwartete uns ein kleines Apéro und Glückwünsche für meine Frau. Das ist aussergewöhnlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Thereze hat sich wirklich gut um uns gekümmert und der Austausch erfolgte mit sehr (sehr) kurzen Wartezeiten. Wir wurden proaktiv betreut. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Sogar Kerzen für die Ambiance in der Nacht auf dem wunderschönen Balkon waren da. Tolle Wohnung am See. Grosser Balkon mit Liegen und Tisch und üppig bewachsener Garten im Ticino Stil. Einfach schön. Wir können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und wenn wir wieder im Raum Lugano ein paar Tage verbringen, dann werden wir schauen, ob die Wohnung frei ist. Vielen Dank.
