The location is also convenient for those who want to enjoy the warm beaches of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia: in just twenty minutes you can reach Olbia, the capital of the Gallura coast.

The house, completely independent and at the complete disposal of guests, is located in the residential complex of Riviera dei Pini, 30 km south of Olbia, convenient to the port and airport. Close to the center of Budoni, where there are shops, restaurants, clubs and summer events. Connected by bus. Departure to the beaches of Orosei, La Cinta, Porto Ottiolu, Coda Cavallo. Charming peaceful cottage in the countryside

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
