The palace is nestled in the historic center of Temple, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the services of the city. The entrance is very private, from an entrance hall with a large staircase you can access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living/bed, hallway and bathroom. Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING,FREE BUT NOT PRIVATE It is a studio with a separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection. I tried to make the environment comfortable and comfortable.

Nice apartment less than 5 minutes on foot from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Beautiful view on part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, covered private parking. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a small building of only 6 units.
