Holiday rentals with a patio in Porto Recanati Beach

Alloggio veramente molto bello, è stato un pó come stare a casa propria grazie all'arredamento, alla pulizia e alla disponibilità e carineria dell'host e delle altre persone coinvolte. Molto disponibili nei momenti di bisogno o di dubbio, sia telefonicamente che di persona. In generale con il mio gruppo di amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene e ha superato le nostre aspettative.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questa casa e non posso che lasciare una recensione super positiva. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto (anzi, forse anche meglio!), pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è ottima, vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro La host è stata /gentilissima, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e senza sorprese

Ivana e suo marito ci hanno accolti e "coccolati". Tantissima attenzione ai dettagli e cura per ogni nostra possibile necessità. L'alloggio era impeccabile. Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno e non siamo riusciti a fruire di tutte le comodità offerte come ad esempio l'accesso alla spiaggia e la disponibilità di ombrellone. Consigliatissimo come base per esplorare i dintorni!

Romina è un host molto gentile, socievole e premurosa. Consigliamo il suo alloggio che è adatto alle esigenze di tutti i viaggiatori.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

We spent 8 nights in Paolo's appartment during Christmas. It was great experience. Villa Rosa is great base for visiting many beautiful places in Marche and Abruzzi. Appartment has very effective heating, great view (sea is on the left and mountains on the right), washing machine, comfortable beds and smaller kitchen. It's very quiet in winter, but there are some restaurants 5 minutes from the appartment. Paolo is great host, very kind. He gave us very good local tips for restaurants, supermarkets and hilltop villages.

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Erholungsoase auf dem Olymp Ein großes, historisches Steinhaus umgeben von einer unglaublich schönen Gartenanlage mit üppiger mediterraner Flora und Fauna angelegt auf drei Ebenen mit Olivenhainen und vielen verwunschenen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Staunen und Träumen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es überrascht mit zahlreiche Nischen, alte Türen, Stufen und atemberaubender Aussicht. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und man lustwandelt durch Haus und Garten, genießt den weiten Blick über die Hügellandschaft und die malerische Kulissen von Mondavio und Orciano und entdeckt immer wieder neue Perspektiven. Das Haus und der Garten geben ein Gefühl der Weite, Stille, Abgeschiedenheit im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt hier flinke Eidechsen, einen Wiedehopf, Spatzen und Glühwürmchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen,Gläsern, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die Besitzer teilen großzügig alles.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wer Ruhe finden möchte in herrlicher Natur ist hier genau richtig, Irene ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat den Hof mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist einfach perfekt wir fühlten uns unheimlich wohl♥️ und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Jeder der ein Auge für's Detail hat spürt dass hier auf einfach alles geachtet wurde. Eine Harmonie für's Auge, die Ruhe und Balance und wohlfühlen schafft. Danke Irene.♥️

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

È stata una bellissima esperienza, ci è stato fatto trovare più di quanto c'era scritto nella descrizione. L'appartamento era molto bello e molto pulito, abbiamo dovuto comprare veramente pochissime cose. L'host ha avuto moltissime premure nei nostri confronti, rispondendo a ogni piccolo dubbio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'abbondanza di servizi essenziali offertaci dall'host. Consiglio caldamente il posto a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza a Civitanova Marche e dintorni, inoltre il posto potenzialmente consente di spostarsi esclusivamente a piedi. molto apprezzato anche l'ombrellone lasciato a disposizione dell'appartamento e saponi per la lavatrice. La casa è ben climatizzata ma rimane comunque fresca a ogni ora del giorno. Se tornassi in gruppo a Civitanova Marche sicuramente sceglierei questo appartamento.

Valentina, moglie di Francesco, e Linda, la loro bambina, sono due persone meravigliose: accoglienti, amichevoli e socievoli. Soggiornare qui vi farà sentire come a casa ( la casa dei sogni in mezzo al verde 😃) fin dal primo giorno. Non solo la casa è molto bella, ma anche la posizione è estremamente comoda per avventurarsi non sono alla scoperta di un mare splendido ma anche di un’entroterra ricco di storia e avvolto da una natura bellissima. L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Host disponibile, cordiale, abbiamo subito instaurato un rapporto amichevole. Abbiamo fatto con lui una bellissima gita in barca sulla riviera del Conero, con spiegazioni dettagliate del territorio. Ringraziamo Francesco per il fantastico soggiorno.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa casa per 11 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento, dalla pulizia accurata, è dotato di tutto ciò che occorre in ogni ambito: cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Apprezzati il TV che permette diverse connessioni ( Netflix, Amazon Prime e altri) la macchina del caffè con diverse capsule a disposizione, oltre alla disponibilità di altri generi utili in cucina, come sale, olio, aceto ed altro. Il letto è molto comodo, con disponibilità di cambio lenzuola così pure per la biancheria da bagno. Utilissimo il box privato, e comunque vi sono parcheggi liberi nelle immediate vicinanze dell' abitazione. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti che per visitare nel raggio di pochi chilometri, i numerosi borghi medievali di grande interesse posati sui verdi colli marchigiani. Ringraziamo Alessio e la sua mamma per la cortesia con la quale ci hanno accolti porgendo loro un cordiale e caloroso saluto!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane davvero piacevoli nella casa di Edoardo. La casa é confortevole, non manca nulla, il giardino è davvero bello ma soprattutto la posizione comodissima alla spiaggia e al centro della cittadina ma rimane comunque in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosissima. Edoardo è stato un host gentile, non avrete difficoltà a comunicare con lui! Una soluzione perfetta per chi viaggia con bambini e animali.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Appartamento pulito e ambiente curato in zona tranquilla vicinissima al mare. Alessia gentilissima e disponibilissima, difficile da trovare tanta disponibilità al giorno d'oggi.

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.
