Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are also of a kindness and availability never seen by a host. Everything truly impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A small, enclosed settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just be aware that mosquitoes are on the move. The next town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful atmosphere and good restaurants.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus was very tasty! Thanks, and see you soon

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we did not see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We did not use the living room downstairs, we moved a small sofa to the kitchen and moved the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen to the window, then there is enough signal to watch online TV.

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

An unforgettable family vacation right by the sea We were able to spend a wonderful time with our family in this fantastic accommodation. The beach was right on our doorstep - an absolute luxury! On some days we had it almost entirely to ourselves, which made the rest and relaxation perfect. The parking facilities were also ideal and hassle-free, which made the arrival and our stay very pleasant. In the vicinity, you will find some charming cafés and restaurants that invite you to linger and enjoy. Overall, it was an all-round successful holiday, which will remain in our memory for a long time. We would come back anytime!

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

Despite an inconvenience with the accommodation Michele, he went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

Stayed for a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic welcome and availability of Laura and her mom both on arrival and during the stay. The children also loved the location (which really looks like a mountain cabin with sea views!) both inside and the terrace (especially the hammock). Despite the scorching heat, a pleasant current is always generated inside, both because higher than the houses around and for the fact that they are facing the sea.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

The apartment is insanely sweet, cozy and VERY clean - the location is unfortunately difficult to find, but that is more due to the one-way streets and not Lucas' accommodation. Luca was available for me even very late in the evening and was very helpful. The location is wonderful - perfect to leave the car and explore the city on foot. Thank you!

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

Great place to stay!!My wife and I love it also the children. You can walk to get anything you need and find great restaurants and entertainment I would highly recommend
