Monthly Rentals in Porto Recanati

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks to the Airbnb translation and Davide's quick response, communication was never an issue. We were expected on time, everything was shown and explained to us extensively. A water bottle and a homemade cake from mom were also served to us. Tasted very good with coffee. Otherwise, new top apartment with complete amenities, beautiful sea views from both balconies. Parking for car and our bikes were perfect. You can also rent for €6-8/day. So all around landlord and apartment highly recommended. Many thanks to Davide.

Large and comfortable apartment, very equipped and close to a large shopping area. We felt right at home. Alberto was always very kind and helpful with us. Definitely an experience to repeat using Alberto's apartment as a useful point of reference.
